Guy did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He checked all components and made the necessary adjustments. Unit is running perfectly. I highly recommend Guy and would prefer his expertise for any future issues.

Called on a Friday night and they had someone out by 10am next day. Not to mention I called at least 12 places and they were the only ones to even call me back. The tech, Henry was stellar. Very polite, professional, and frankly very quick. The repair is a temp fix as my unit is old and will definitely be calling them for when I replace my condenser and handler.

Josh was amazing. He was thorough with his explanations and pictures. He was also sweet and considerate. For example, he covered his work shoes every time he stepped outside. I’d recommend him to anyone, anytime

Ryder and his colleague were great. My AC unit that needed replaced was so old it took them over 11 hours working in my 95 degree house and they were still able to work efficiently and get the job done. They weren’t leaving until the job was done and done right. After already going a week without AC in Florida heat, this was truly appreciated. They also did this on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, Quann and Gee were very insightful. They helped me understand my AC that much more. I’m appreciative of the level of service provided. The work done was efficient and absolutely clean, nothing hanging, banging, or dragging. I highly highly recommend AC’s Heating and Air. I can breathe easy now…literally. Thank you Quann and Gee.

A few years ago I could see my old AC wasn’t going to last much longer. I joined their service program to ensure that my unit would get care regularly…very regularly. That was well worth the money because during the summer they were out once a month. Finally I was able to purchase a new unit. They were knowledgeable and considerate. We are enjoying our new unit and it wasn’t as bad $$ as I thought it would be.

Fast on time service. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Also came back to do a little adjusting after a quick text message. At the end of the day that's what you want. Results and a team that cares about the work. Great job!

The service was great! Tristin (Tech) was thorough in his explanations and provided quality feedback for preventive care of the unit. The communication with the company as a whole was excellent as they appear to care about their customers.

We purchased a Remi halo whole house, air quality system. With the baby on the way, we wanted to make sure that the air quality in the house Is ready. Instead of just having a purifier for her room, we now have the best quality throughout our whole house. I highly Recommend to anyone to have these great gentleman come out and install this unit! Looking for a reputable and reasonably affordable HVAC company is difficult in the Orlando area. There are so many companies to choose from online. I was looking for a new central air system to replace a 1983 unit that's been dead for many years. Because I am not the owner of the home, I had tight constraints to work within in both budget and circumstance.

Of the 4 companies I contacted since last year, only AC's Heating & Air fought hard to both listen and meet with me in a timely a fashion. I scrutinized them so hard, I visited their office in Edgewater Dr and met the owner Allen and Josh, VP in person. I was blown away by their attentiveness and accommodation. They have a nice office on Edgewater Dr and clearly growing. I saw they had company vans. From what I could tell, they were the real deal.

Leading up to the installation, I was able to stay in contact with their team. And during the day of installation, things didn't go according to plan but Allen was on the phone like a total pro. The attic installation was a horrible because of limited space and limited access. The heat was terrible. But lead tech Rashad was a soldier throughout the heat. I've never seen anyone with such stamina. Steve his assistant did a great job explaining the progress. His workmanship on the copper connections was extraordinary. It was like a piece of art, I was so impressed.

Because they started a bit late in the day, the job carried over to the next day. Both Allen & Josh kept in touch with me. And Allen even sent additional techs (Josh#2 and Steve) to provide extra support to finish the job. Everything ended on a positive note. They worked really hard in the heat.

It's been nearly 2 weeks and I been putting the new system through its paces. And everything continues to work well. The quality of workmanship (from the portions I could see) is high.

Life has been much better for me after the new central air installation. AC's Heating & Air is a company with a serious owner and serious VP. Upper management (Allen & Josh) absolutely cares about what happens at these installations done by their guys.

That is why I felt compelled to write this review out of my gratitude towards their extraordinary efforts to ensure the job was to my satisfaction. I am waiting for the county to call me for an appointment to inspect their work. I expect there will be no issues. But if there are, I have every reason to believe Allen and his team will take care of me. It is nice to have peace of mind. I look forward to working with them again.
