Great experience all around from scheduling (they came out the next day) to a same day repair! Josh was amazing. Super professional and knowledgeable. Really appreciated how he explained everything and helped us understand what was going on. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

We recently had our bi yearly maitenance appointment with Josh, I couldn’t be more pleased as a customer. Josh was professional, honest, thorough and heard my concerns about our 4 A/C units and showed us way to troubleshoot on our own in a Smarthome systems thermostats.

5 star customer service. There was an issue that came up. They not only corrected the issue, but went above and beyond to make my family feel taken care of. They are honest, fair, and I feel like my concern was heard and action was taken quickly. That’s why my family chooses smaller companies because of a more customer focused approach. They delivered. I would highly recommend if good customer service is a part in your AC services needs.

AC’s heating and air was excellent, in every way. It was by chance I was lucky enough to stop and ask a question at our local home show, I had a new ac installed in 2019 by a different company and was having so many issues, I had stopped to ask AC heating and air a question … they offered to give a second opinion and I’m so glad for the meeting. They identified the problem on the first inspection. The technicians Josh and Marley from the Orlando office were outstanding. They were very professional, thorough and took their time making sure everything was installed and working. Josh also explained the steps of the work they were doing and how it makes the ac unit work. I’m very grateful I met them and will be calling for any service needed because they were honest and did what they said they were going to. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!!

Jason is thorough and takes the time to explain what he is doing, gives honest recommendations and makes sure that you are satisfied with his work.

Jason was Honest and reliable. Very responsive to what was needed. My AC went out again. I called AC Air and Heating and Travis came out the next day. They sent out someone the same day. Fixed the problem and AC is working fine. Love the service.

Great technician they sent to my home.
Very knowledgeable and worked with me on my schedule as I was running late. This company gave us same day service which in summer time temperatures that is a big deal.

After speaking to multiple HVAC companies and all of them telling me there was no solution to our problem and giving us a crazy $ quote,, we found AC’s Heating & Air and they came to the rescue. They had Dean come out to check out the unit that was giving us a hard time, he found a leak and gave us our options. He highly suggested to replace the unit because of the condition but at least options were provided. Refrigerant and sealant was added but it still didn’t fix the problem. Dean was very knowledgeable and professional! We decided to finance a new unit with them and they were available to do it pretty much right away. Communication, professionalism, timeliness, and an excellent company! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

Called them to service my unit because it’s been a year and it’s hotter than Satans underpants right now and the thought of no AC is terrifying! Christian was my technician and did an amazing job. I’m glad I called them and would highly recommend. They offer a twice a year service and it’s well worth the money. Give them a call and stay cool all summer long!

I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of AC's Heating & Air technicians who serviced my A/C unit: they were very thorough and explained everything they were doing, answered all my questions and even cleared some doubts and concerns I had about the functioning of the system. We also discussed the UV-light and Halo-light systems that the company offers to enhance the A/C system's performance, which I will consider after receiving additional information. Our experience with A/C Heating and air was great. We have been using them for several years now. So when my Mom A/C quit working I called them. Christian the tech that came out was great! He communicated well, explained everything that was going on.
Completed the diagnostic tests and and found out what was wrong. He was able to fix it right then and there. He was honest, personable, professional and was a very kind young man.
Thank you Christian for taking your time and finding the real problem. I feel other companies would have said “ You need a new A/C unit and try to sell me something that was not needed.We will continue to refer this company to every one we know. It was always a pleasure dealing with them. Life savers in this heat. May I say…..customers please offer the techs something to drink. They will very much appreciate it. Great experience as always!
