I highly recommend Air Excel. I recently had a new a/c system installed and Patrick went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. He and his installation team were very professional and respectful of my property. They got the job done on time, as promised, and followed up after the fact to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Service was good from beginning to end. They help with financing and came out very quick to complete the job. Customer Service was excellent. I highly recommend this company. Patrick was great. Provided thorough information and service. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company.

Technician was on time. Very professional and explained the issues in layman terms so I could understand. Issue resolve and AC is working efficiently. Excellent service. Thank You.

Omar was very nice. He listened to my explanation of the complaint again. He evaluated the AC and located the issue and corrected the problem.The service was great.

Talk to your boy about how to use turn signals and not cut people off. Weaving thru traffic like an idiot. He's got your company name on the vehicle so not representing you like you'd probably want.

I have been using this company since last 10 years; when Mr. Preston used to handle the business. He was reasonable and trustworthy technician. Now, I am not sure if he is not a part of this business or he sold the business to someone else. In last two years, I called them three times and a new guy Mr. Patrick showed up. My experience with him is not as good. He is greedy and always over price the invoice. He does a good job but prices are way too high.

If I could give 0 stars I would. On April 2020, My A/C was not cutting on. My Co-Worker was raving about this company, so I had this company service my AC unit. The technician came out and took a look at the outside unit. He came to the conclusion that the accumulator was bad. He changed the accumulator and then the capacitor after I mentioned it to him. I asked if he was going to check anything else just in case (vents, attic, etc.) he said "he has being doing this for 20 years and that he is a professional." I was subsequently charged $650 for the work and $65 for the service call. Today it is June 29,2020 and as of June 26,2020 my AC is back out again after only 2 months. After a giving them a call at 11AM no technicians are available. I will take my business else where.

They were able to come out within a couple of hours when my A/C unit was failing. The issue was fixed within 30 minutes and I was severely overcharged for the replacement part (at least double). When confronted, the owner was willing to lower the cost of the part, but it was still an overcharge at that price point as well.
