Great service! Everything was excellent from the initial phone call to the service tech completing the service call. This is the second time I’ve used Al-Air. They always arrive when promised, are friendly, courteous and professional. I recommend Al- Air to all my friends and family.

I have used this company for many years. They are very professional and have a strong work ethic. They are very reliable and always come through for us even with emergency situations. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend this company to anyone needing a/c work.

Thanks to my sister for referring me to Jose. He came prior to the time provided, which was very helpful - it was miserably hot. He was quick and the price was very reasonable. The phone rep was also very kind and courteous. I’d definitely recommend their service and will use them again.

Jose was called after hours on a very hot night last week & within 15mins he arrived. He had the ac full back up & running with in 30mins to an hour. AL Air is fast, reliable & very efficient! We will use them again & we can’t refer them enough. Thx Again.

Keneth was a really good AC repair professional. He was very clear at answering my questions. I was given full info before I could make a decision with my AC. I would love to have him fix my AC again in the future!

Everything didn’t start off to a great start but Deborah & Jose sure did make up for the miscommunication and exhaled on my A/C replacement. Whenever I call I always get a fast response. My husband and I made the right decision with going through Al-Air will recommend them to anyone great customer service.

I have used Al-Air for years. The staff is very kind and explains everything they are doing and why. They are very affordable and dependable. I love that any time I’ve had an issue with my heating or cooling they give me a time and they always show up within that window. The office administrator, Debbie, is amazing as well.. Always very courteous over the phone and easy to set up appointments with. I love this company and will be a life long customer.

The phone representative Debra was very efficient and professional. She took care ol what I needed in very little time and the service man Jose was diligent and very knowledgeable of his job. His advices were excellent. I will recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.

I contacted them on Monday needing a brand new unit and by Wednesday it was installed! Deborah was very professional over the phones and explained things to me perfectly. Jose installed my unit quickly and was also professional. I would definitely recommend everyone to them.

Jose saved us!! Our AC went out on our luxury short-term rental. He arrived quickly, figured out the problem and had a new AC installed the next morning. Super responsive and excellent communication. Highly recommended.

My AC was on but showing 10 degrees higher on the thermostat, therefore it was 80 degrees in my house while still using electricity 🫠 Al-Air dispatched a professional, punctual, and knowledgeable tech the next day! That day, or AC was blowing what we’d set the temperature to. I’m currently in my house, freezing and super thankful for their company😂 Highly recommend

Jose and the team at Al-Air are top notch. From the first phone call to the completion of the job...this group goes above and beyond what one would expect. Professional, courteous, timely, knowledgeable. Jose came to my house and surveyed the issues, and came up with a few options for me. Jose and Debbie were most accommodating with replacing my inside and outside units. I started my morning at 730am looking for a contractor. I spoke with Debbie, 45 mins later and 15 calls into my search. It felt too good to be true, a live person on the phone, on top of being able to replace my units that morning. In addition their pricing is very fair!!! Jose advised he will be out by 1030, he showed up at 10 and started working right away. Needless to say, they have replaced my prior contractor of 7 years. They are very professional and very communicative about your service!!!

Excelent experience! Jose and his team were great!! To showing up on time and being courteous, they demonstrated that they are knowledgeable and professional. They took their time installing my new HVAC system which like it was their own and the unit performs perfect! Your house is usually most of us biggest investment, so why would you not hired a licensed Professional who has the knowledge and experience to do the job. Al-Air took the time and I am very happy with the results! I have found my permanent A/C professional from now on. Also, the customer service was very helpful and always just a call away! We were very pleased with the exceptional service provided by Al-Air. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and patiently explained how to use and maintain the newly-installed Carrier HVAC system. Once finished, they even thoroughly cleaned and removed all debris from each work area! Based on our experience, their competence, and their competitive pricing, we highly recommend Al-Air!
