Max came out on his day off to charge the ac system. He spotted the source of a slow leak right away, a leaking suction side refill schrader valve. After replacing the valve, he pressed up the evap coil side with nitrogen and soap bubble tested to ensure no other leaks, he then pulled a vacuum on the system to remove all moisture and recharged with refrigerant to OEM factory specs. Got me back in the Cool Zone! Very nice and knowledgeable, professional technician. Great service from a great company!

Called because my outside fan wouldn’t shut off - most likely a stuck contactor. Tech arrived on time and was efficient in changing it out. Call them if you want a reliable and knowledgeable AC company to assess your system.

I am an entrepreneur that spans across three different industries. Today I experienced a situation that I had with my commercial walk in freezer and two of my water chilling systems that we're not working. When our A/C broke down in the middle of the summer heat, we called our home warranty company thinking that we were covered. After speaking with them, we found out that all they were providing was a discount percentage since the unit had to be replaced. They provided us with an estimate to replace the unit and we were happy to see the discount.
Since I was a member of BNI, I called Mark Adams to provide me with a quote. I was shocked (in a pleasant way) to find out that Cool Zone was able to provide us with a better quote for a superior unit, even with the home warranty discount that we were eligible for. Not to mention that the home warranty company’s contractor could not install for another 7 to 10 days.
Long story short, Cool Zone A/C came out in about 3 days and installed our new unit and we could not be happier. I have recommended Cool Zone to my neighbors and I will continue to refer them because I know they provide honest services.

From start to finish this company was great! We had two new systems install by this company right before Christmas and the technician was able to put in two units in one day. They were on time, professional and though throughout the process. You can't go wrong by choosing this company to do you A/C installation. I am happy with the service that this company provided to my family.

My A/C shut off in the middle of the night and it was 80 degrees at 3 a.m. I contacted them as soon as the office opened and they sent out their Technician that afternoon. Allowing me a time frame that wasn't all afternoon, but a short window and notified when they were coming to my house. Jackson came out and provided top notch customer service. After a short time looking at the system maybe 10 minutes, it was running about 10 minutes later. He looked at my outdoor unit too, which is pretty old, to see if freon was needed. Turned out there were no leaks and it was full, that was a very pleasant surprise as I was expecting an upsell. Very good experience, would recommend to family.

They just replaced our whole A/C system in a timely and efficient manner. We got several quotes from various companies; but they were the best value. Devin provided several system options that fit our budget and needs through email which made accepting the quote and scheduling the installation a hassle free experience. He was always responsive to texts and emails regarding any questions we had. The installation team was awesome, they worked diligently to get everything installed properly and quickly. The system is great, and we couldn’t be more pleased.

My experience with Cool Zone A/C was fantastic. I highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation (although I hope I won't need to). My a/c stopped cooling yesterday afternoon. I had another company out less than 2 weeks ago for the same issue and spent over $900 only to have the same problem happen all over again. At the recommendation of a friend, I decided to call Cool Zone A/C to see if they could help. To my surprise, a real human answered the phone without me having to press buttons on a recording and I spoke directly to the company owner (what a treat that I didn't have to talk to a call center full of people who only set appointments but don't really know the business). Mark the owner was friendly and knowledgeable and set up an appointment for one of his team members to come see me today (less than 24 hours turn around - NICE!). I felt like I was receiving some old school real-deal customer service, where great service trickles down from a great owner/leader who genuinely cares about the experience of his customers. The tech who came out was Jackson, a very polite and hard working technician with a great smile. He worked for several hours sweating it out to truly test my system to find out what the problem was. After hours of running pressure tests and doing a true evaluation of the system, I discovered that the first company's assessment and $2800 repair proposal, on top of the $900 I'd already spent with them, was completely unnecessary. The supposed big hole in my copper line that they told me was bleeding freon turned out to not exist once an actual pressure test was done on the lines. Thank goodness for the skilled, honest people at Cool Zone! I'm so glad I didn't spend thousands on a service I didn't need. At the end of the day, it turns out that after spending over $900 on freon 2 weeks earlier, the other company's tech didn't remove his gauge correctly and caused a valve to stay open and leak all of my $900 of freon out into the atmosphere. My system was never broken in the first place and Jackson from Cool Zone got everything re-charged, put back together, and operating correctly. I just can't offer enough praise for Mark, Jackson, and the rest of the folks at Cool Zone for taking such good care of my family. They got it done quick, they got it done right, and they were honest and fair throughout the process. Based on my experience, I will highly recommend them to friends & family & anyone else looking for a good a/c company with great service & those treasured old school values.
