I am a truck driver have a delivery in the morning do yall have overnight parking

Since they move to the new location , communications via phone gone bad really bad , waiting time at more than 35 min. Or more , now customer service in place very professional ( Joselito )👍👍 (please fix the problem with your phone. ) thanks.

Hope you don't call and expect to get any answers. Was on hold for over 50 minutes. Once the lady answered the phone she accidently hung up on me. I hope anyway!

Victor is very rude and disrespectful person. He needs to have some ethics classes. He should have some ethics. He don’t know How to behave with drivers.

Nobody seems to know what to do at all, constant hold times and constant transfers. Waste of time. This place needs new employees at every level

Been going to this place for filters for years. Tried to exchange one that I bought for 32.00 because my AC quit working and I had to get a new one. They told me they couldn’t help me with it. This is what you get when you do business with someone for over 15 years.

Worst location in the south east, always an 1hr or more wait, but if you want free stuff there always screwing up and trying to give me other company’s items.

As someone who is regularly ordering parts and equipment, I have to say that this store is the absolute worst one I have ever done business with. I can't count on both hands the amount of times they've forgotten to ship out orders or even process them properly. The warranty department is a mess and every time you call in to order a warranty part the employees try to tell you it isn't under warranty even though you just ordered a warranty part for the same unit a month ago. If you can get the parts or equipment else where, I would highly recommend it.

Go to the direct manufacturer. The middle man is shady. Does not honor return policy first and last time coming to any gemaire.

Waited over an hour. Most supply houses I'm in and out quickly. Less than an hour. Their order picking process needs to be revised and revamped. I hope for the best.

App was for 10, checked here before 8, give me dock, waited one hour on the dock without getting unloaded, moved me from the dock because driver for 8 am app was late 45 min. Never again.
