High Tech Air Conditioning company is superior to some of the others I’ve used over the past 10 years. They are caring, customer focused, responsive and always on time. Their service technicians are the very best. Professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They share with you the “why” when something is wrong and are thorough with identifying the next steps. I’ve been very lucky to have had Alfredo as my technician. He has taken care of my home for almost two years now. He’s on top of maintenance schedules and keeping me informed . The front office staff are phenomenal to work with and are superb communicators. Can’t beat this company’s focus and dedication to their customers.

Having your A/C stop working is never fun—especially on a hot day—but Keivin from High Tech AC made the whole process so much easier. We were without A/C, and he was able to come out late at night for a consultation, which we truly appreciated.

Since our unit was out of warranty, we decided to upgrade to a new system. The installation was quick and smooth, and everything has been working great so far.

Most importantly, Keivin truly made all the difference—professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He’s a champ!

We had been told we needed our whole AC unit replaced for $14,000 by ARS rescue roofing. My mother in law had used high tech before and highly recommended them so I gave them a call. Alfredo came over that afternoon and was able to fix my AC and let me know the system was good and didn’t need changing. He saved us from being ripped off for $14,000 and I will be forever grateful. I cant recommend High Tech Air Conditioning enough!!

I had a great experience with High Tech Air Conditioning. My AC unit had an issue that several other companies couldn’t figure out or fix. The team at High Tech Air Conditioning came out, quickly diagnosed the real problem, and got my system running perfectly again. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on. It’s a huge relief to finally have it fixed after others couldn’t solve it. I highly recommend them if you want honest, skilled technicians who actually get the job done.

I had an excellent experience from beginning to end. My AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and after asking several companies for estimates we decided to go with High Tech AC. They were professional, fast and the follow up service is excellent. They gave me advice on what my house needed and did not feel pressured to purchase. The job they did was excellent, leaving the area clean and looking new. And the support service they provide is also excellent and fast. Alfredo is very professional and caring, going out of his way to make us feel cared for and supported. Needless to say the unit they installed is working excellent with no issues. I am already planning on purchasing my upstairs unit through them when it needs replacing.

Alfredo and his team resolved our AC issue and we couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for High Tech!! Their honesty is exactly how everyone should do business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
After being quoted for a new unit by ARC (DO NOT USE THEM - they con for $$$$!) which we couldn’t believe the price they gave us, we reached out to High Tech who was recommended by my mother. They came out the next day and told us our unit was fine, and Alfredo had to rewire some wiring that was disconnected. We believe that the other company disconnected to tell us our unit isn’t working anymore and we need a new one. ARC quoted us at almost $14k and by some negotiations and a long process with the salesman & management we got it down to under $11k. BUT, we are beyond GRATEFUL for Alfredo & High Tech for doing their job and from the heart. We were able to cancel ARS immediately, even when they wanted to give us a better deal. Once we mentioned to the salesman what happened, he shut up and agreed to cancel right away. How ridiculous and inconsiderate ARS put our family through.

Hi tech team was so wonderful, I wasn't even home when they came to install the unit. They did such an amazing job, they clean up and left everything spotless. The owner is a great Christian man that even took his special time to help me put up some solar light I had waiting for someone to help me install. I am so grateful to him. Now I have a great unit. The price was the best I've received. All the other companies was so expensive. Thank you so much for everything. God bless you guys. Keep up the good work.

High tech team was very efficient not only in addressing my problem with my AC but also in installing a new one. Mine had 22 years. They were also very effective in addressing my 1st challenge with Eco Bee settings during these cold days. It was solved by phone. Thanks Keivin, Francisco and Omar.
