I left a review last month but always go by the rule if someone is going above and beyond what the norm is we can’t just tell them one time. Well Ms Rina @ the counter is well above the beyond. Again her customer service and time she takes to help me is crazy good. I couldn’t be happier with how she treats me and my guys and honestly she’s a huge part of why I chose Johnstones as our main supply house. If your her boss reading this, give that lady a raise. She deserves it:):):) thanks Rina and know we see your hard work and we thank you for it.

Have to give a shout out to Rina and the whole Orlando branch. The customer service at this branch is crazy good. Rina is a super star and she’s got my business for good. I’m a new contractor and decided to go with Johnston because of the customer service and the way I’m treated there. Good services but need improved Contractors prices

COUNTER PERSONAL ALWAYS PRETENDING TO BE ON PHONE OR LOOKING AT FLAT SCREEN. LIKE PICK A NUMBER AND WAIT.

20+ years in the trade and for the first time that I try to buy a roll of copper, they ask for my EPA cert. if I was buying refrigerant and it was questionable if I should be, by all means. To have to show a cert for a roll of copper? Just means they got in trouble for not doing something they should have and now going over the top.

Called ahead for a part covered by warranty. No problem, Lisa says, we'll have it ready for you at Will-Call. Silly me, I believed her. I drove almost an hour from Tavares only to wait for nearly 50 minutes for a part. The guy working the desk was good but he was swamped...he did his best to keep everyone satisfied but he needed some help. It wasn't that the extra time was due to being a warranty part - the guy was simply in the weeds. It was an irritant to see other employees (thru the window) standing around. Grrr. If I had known it was a $17 part, I would have gladly paid cash and went on my way...

Hispanic sales woman so rude that I decide to take my business somewhere else.
