Alex did a courteous, professional and detailed explanation of what was found and the options available to resolve the issue. I plan on working with Alex to resolve my issue after I finish the more pressing things currently ongoing so I hope early November will be fine.

My two experiences with Mills Air thus far have been excellent. The first was a diagnostic visit by Dan, who did a thorough job of identifying and explaining the issues with my AC system and laying out a solution. He answered all my questions and performed the work in a friendly and professional manner, and even offered discounts where possible to help bring down the cost of parts and service. His strong technical expertise and excellent "bedside manners" made me confident to enroll in the service plan that Mills Air offers for twice-yearly maintenance visits and discounted prices on their other services. I just had my first maintenance visit today with Kamal, which confirmed for me that my experience with Dan was not just a fluke, because Kamal likewise did an excellent job of identifying and explaining issues with my AC system, patiently and helpfully answered my questions, and laid out the pricing of potential solutions transparently and with no high-pressure sales tactics. We even had a pleasant personal conversation about our respective countries of origin. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mills Air for their technical expertise and excellent customer service.

The company is fast collecting payments from customers for 2 system inspection visits, but they don't send customers what's included on this payment, and how about not calling to set up the visits. There needs to be better communication within the departments in the company.

They like to recommend additional gadgets, even if the AC unit is working properly...I guess that's how the co makes extra money..

In reply to your comments on 7/31/2025, I was the one who called to schedule the first visit, there was no service. As a matter of fact, the staff who showed up didn't even bring the necessary equipment to check the outside unit. He was the one who I paid the 2 visits. Since I never heard back from your company, I ended calling to schedule the 1st of 2 visits for the so called " maintenance". I speak with facts. On top of that, how about if I drop here the details of the call offer yesterday, and a copy paste of the email if I amended this review. I can add more details for public knowledge.
It will be best if we end business.
