Alex did a courteous, professional and detailed explanation of what was found and the options available to resolve the issue. I plan on working with Alex to resolve my issue after I finish the more pressing things currently ongoing so I hope early November will be fine.

My two experiences with Mills Air thus far have been excellent. The first was a diagnostic visit by Dan, who did a thorough job of identifying and explaining the issues with my AC system and laying out a solution. He answered all my questions and performed the work in a friendly and professional manner, and even offered discounts where possible to help bring down the cost of parts and service. His strong technical expertise and excellent "bedside manners" made me confident to enroll in the service plan that Mills Air offers for twice-yearly maintenance visits and discounted prices on their other services. I just had my first maintenance visit today with Kamal, which confirmed for me that my experience with Dan was not just a fluke, because Kamal likewise did an excellent job of identifying and explaining issues with my AC system, patiently and helpfully answered my questions, and laid out the pricing of potential solutions transparently and with no high-pressure sales tactics. We even had a pleasant personal conversation about our respective countries of origin. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Mills Air for their technical expertise and excellent customer service.

Kamal has provided service maintenance for our system on several occasions and has always been very professional and courteous.. His knowledge and expertise is above and beyond and is always able to answer any concerns.. Today we had 2 blue UV lights installed to help ensure that we maintain clean quality air and help in prolonging the life of our system..

Carlos was amazing. Took his time to address an issue with condensation on the inside unit. Added more insulation in a tight area and it seems to have solved the issue. Thank you Mills Air.

Daniel was the consummate professional and was excellent to work with. He listened to the inquiries about our HVAC system and made solid recommendations, and took the time to explain the benefits as well as the options available. Very friendly and polite, but also did a great job at servicing our unit and improving air quality. A strong recommend for Daniel and another quality visit with a positive outcome from Mills Air. They have done work on our air conditioner and took the time to explain everything to us. In fact, I called about a DIY upgrade I was trying to do myself and they recommended the proper tools I would need. Trust them to help you, not scam you.

Adam arrived right on time, quickly assessed the issue and thoroughly explained the situation to me. He then suggested several options to resolve the matter explaining the Pros and Cons of each. I then picked the best solution for my situation, and he implemented it efficiently and effectively.

Jose G. got to my home lightning fast only 45 minutes after I set the appointment. He not only fixed my issue but at my request also looked at a few other concerns I had and gave me advice on them. Greatly appreciate the service.

William K came out yesterday was very knowledgeable replacing and troubleshooting some of the issues.
Unfortunately, due to certain equipment he didn’t have on hand . William couldn’t get all the issues resolved but assure me that he will place a worker order to have the issues taken care of. Great tech!

We recently had our AC and heating system repaired. Manny was very knowledgeable and extra time to explained how to properly maintain the HVAC system and fan. I highly recommend his services in the Orlando area.

Their technician, Jose, was super knowledgeable and patient. Pinpointed the problem (compressor board and thermostat). Saved me probably a ton of money on getting a new unit. Highly recommend!

I've retracted my earlier unhappy review about an unsolved problem with my A/C Unit. Mike, the service manager, was able to remedy the issue promptly. Communication failure over failure just complicated the problem. Once everything was reviewed, Mike responded quickly with the right service solution. I thank Mills for doing the right thing and I would happily would recommend them. They do take customer satisfaction seriously.

We’ve had a know problem for sometime. Parts were fixed with no resolve. A team of techs came out and tweaked the system a bit. It improved but still no fix. Finally we got Patrick. We showed him everything we had on what was happening. He listened very diligently and then went straight to work. He found the likely source. Once the new parts came in, it took about 4hrs to fix, but once he did, you could immediately feel the difference. Thank you Patrick!!

I’ve been a Mills air customer for maybe a decade. A long time ago I needed to replace my system and they were the most affordable and I’ve been using them ever since. Their prices are always reasonable and the technicians are always very kind and knowledgeable. I love having a dependable business that I can call.

David is an excellent technician! He arrived on the scene assessed the situation immediately, figured out that the motor needed to be replaced. showed me a video of my motor in distress. I was truly lucky that David had the motor on the truck. Truly, a testimony that they keep their trucks loaded with equipment to fix whatever your needs may be. My system is 13 years old. I recently had my HVAC system repaired, including a TXV valve replacement, and Leonel from Mills Air did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and thorough in checking everything. The work was completed neatly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Technican was dope. Joshua L had alot of helpful information on any questions I had and very understanding with my kids running around lol. Yearly maintenance pacakage can't remember the price but I know its was good deal to keep eyes on the system.
