It is the most terrible company I have ever dealt with. My appointment was from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. "The technician" arrived at 5:15 p.m., saying he was busy and required to visit other clients. By his diagnosis, which I doubt, he described that the AC unit needed to be cleaned. He would require 3 to 4 hours to complete the task. However, my wife showed him that the temperature at home was 92 degrees, and he said he needed to visit other customers first. Currently, it is not possible to contact them by telephone. Don't call this unprofessional.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! My Home Warranty company assigned my claim to this company on Tuesday, they set an appointment for Thursday from 11 am to 3 pm. They cancelled the appointment at 4 PM citing bad weather (It rains everyday in Florida lol), set it for Friday between 11 am and 3 pm only to tell me at 4 pm Friday that it would take another 2 to 3 hours due to bad weather. I cancelled and asked the warranty company to reassign the claim. Looks like the warranty company uses the lowest bidder for a claim!

I had a 11-3:00pm appointment on Wed.6/2/21. Called to confirm on Wed 6/2 when their Tech will be here. Was told between 1-3:00pm.
When I called after 4:00 to find out where the Tech was. I was told I had cancelled by a very rude female who had the lowest and poorest customer service and was adamant about it. Now, why would I call had I cancelled? Especially, when your AC is broke and want it fixed ASAP.
Folks be aware, of what to expect from this company which appears to be badly managed. The owner should be looking into this behavior if he values his business. Please look at your reviews. They reveal a pattern.
I will never ever use their service.
