Most people will always find the time to complain about everything including service.
I made the time to compliment Cleveland and Carlton on a recent installation at the address mentioned above.
Showed up on time, installed units non-stop due to pending rain, very polite and took the time to answer all questions and, without request on my part, provided us with proper maintenance education.
It was indeed a wonderful customer experience. Kudos to everyone else that made sure we were up and running ASAP. Will definitely recommend Bennett and Sons.

Bennet & Sons was sent to our home through Choice Home Warranty after the A/C stopped working yesterday. We were given an estimated time frame of 11am-3pm the next day for Chad’s arrival. This morning around 8am we got a call to confirm the service call. Around 10am, Chad called to let us know he was on his way and he arrived early at 10:30am. Chad was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and walked us through what he was doing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were good to go before he left. We are extremely grateful for the prompt response from Bennett & Sons, and for Chad’s thorough service. Would highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Bennett and Sons. They repaired my AC through AHS warranty. The office staff including Patty and everyone that I spoke with were all very professional. The work was done quickly. I would definitely use Bennett and Sons again and would recommend this company to my family and friends. Very impressed!

Bennett and Sons has been taking care of my AC needs for years. Luis Rosa specifically has kept my AC purring year after year. Recently my AC bills had increased dramatically. One call to Bennett and Sons and Luis was on location that same day and had my AC purring again. I am very pleased with the service I receive from Luis Rosa of Bennett and Sons for several years. I had a great experience with this company. I placed a service call message on a Saturday evening and within about 10 minutes the owner called me back. He even tried to walk me through a possible way to fix the issue myself! After determining a service call was needed we scheduled something for Monday morning. Their office called me and sent a text message to update me on service time and the tech called when he was 15 minutes out. Chris, the technician, was very thorough and got us up and running. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone in the area.

We had to deal with this company through our home warranty (choice home warranty). The tech (Ben) was AWESOME! He was here by 630Am! Because we had bad weather coming in later in the morning and he wanted to get to us before it hit. He had it diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. Office staff was very nice. Ben called back the next day to make sure everything was working great. The lady in the office (I didn't get her name) called to make sure we were satisfied and our unit was working great. Ben's personality was AWSOME to be around that early in the morning lol. If we ever have ac issues again, we will ask our warranty company for them again. And ask if we can have Ben lol

I've lived in my house for 24 years in and have had about 5 or 6 different a/c companies maintain my a/c. Things were good for many years while my husband was alive, but when I became a widow I began being taken advantage of. Your techs are the only ones who have been honest with me and not tried to sell me a new unit,
, while all the others were too interested in me or telling me I needed a new a/c. Your techs have kept my a/c running smoothly. I would highly recommend your company to anyone especially all those women without husbands. Thank you Bennett and Sons for having an honest reputation.

My A/C unit stopped working at the hottest week of the year. Bennet came out advised the entire unit had to be replaced. GREAT JOB ON A FULL A/C REPLACEMENT!!! If I can give these guys more than 5 stars, I would! We had a GREAT experience with this company from beginning to end. These guys know exactly what they are doing. Their work was very detailed and professional. Especially during our recent heat wave, these guys did not stop and went far and beyond to get it done. No shortcuts. Patty was our go to gal when calling and what a sweetheart! She was great at coordinating everything. Hands down, would recommend this company! Thank you Bennett and Sons!

I actually had a great experience with this company, through my home warranty. I put in the request on a Sat evening, they called me first thing Monday (didn't expect a call before then), we set an appt for Tuesday morning, they were at my house nice and early, the tech fixed the problem, told me about how to flush my lines (some drain line in the garage handler was clogged), and it's working just fine. Would highly recommend this company! Am very grateful all is fixed and running--thank you!

We we're really happy with our service with Bennett and Sons. Our AC stopped cooling Monday afternoon. We called our home warranty company who hooked us up with Bennett and a technician came out the next morning. Steven was great to work with! He arrived on time and got the system cooling right away. He noted that our compressor was failing and submitted all of the paper work to our warranty company without us needing to ask. We were told the part would take 3 to 5 days to arrive but the part came in early and Steven came out again and installed it immediately and everything is working great now. It was such a pain free experience and the staff with Bennett was super nice and helpful.

Had the best experience with Brian the technician. He was a terrific and pleasant person and respectful and fixed my air conditioning after diagnosing several problems. Because of him, my wife has no more asthma and we are living better with his expertise. I recommend Bennett and sons to anybody even though some people might have had some bad experiences, but they are top notch outfit.

I had a great experience with this company. Went through Choice Home Warranty. Bennett called back promptly, came when they were supposed to (a bit late but they called) fixed the problem. I was working with two companies at the same time and got good advice from Mr. Bennett. Had a small leak after the install and called Bennett Sunday and left a message and first thing Monday they showed up and took care of it. Also their office staff were very courteous. I would hire this company again.

Harry and Patty were phenomenal in addressing my a/c issue since I was having to replace the entire system. They totally exceeded all of my expectations with getting his techs out almost immediately. The techs Harry sent out were amazing the work was a piece of art in our air handler closet better than it looked new when we built our house. If your having a/c issues don't hesitate to call Bennett and Son's best experience I have ever had with an a/c company.

I wanted to take a moment to write a review for the fantastic job that Harry, the owner, did for me. It's pretty amazing to have the actual owner show up to do the work. He was extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Harry spent an incredible amount of time diagnosing all of the issues with my A/C, and did a very thorough job of repairing it. Every time I spoke with the office the ladies were super friendly and kept me up to date with next steps. Air has run better than when I first bought my home.

Choice Warranty assigned Bennett & Sons to check a no heat situation on our HVAC. The appointment was originally scheduled for 3 days hence, however we got a call from Bennett asking if they could come the same day of the request. Louis the tech showed up about an hour later and after some diagnosis located and fixed the issue on the spot. This is the second time we have had Bennett for our system and each time has been a positive experience. I was originally reluctant to use them because of the reviews, however, I have received excellent, prompt service on each occasion.

The install crew of Lemuel and Carlos did an outstanding job for my new Carrier system, they went the extra mile to have the system not only run perfect but looked great as well. I would recommend them 💯 for any future HVAC projects.

Worked with Harry and Matt (and warranty company), they were able to get someone out to my home and get my A/C (heat pump) replaced within a week. Even after the install we had some administrative concerns which they were able to follow up and sort out. Thank you for your timely support and customer service.

My AC went out last week and it was 85 degrees inside 🥵 Bennett & Sons is the company sent out by my warranty company. Tom came to my house, investigated and replaced my dual capacitor. My air was blowing cold again within the hour. Tom was professional and friendly. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because they came an hour outside the scheduled window and I had to call them; they didn’t call me. Apart from that, I recommend these guys and would call them again.
