I called on Fiday morning for a free quote on a HVAC system that was in desperate need of repair. Not an hour later, I was sitting at my dining room table with Sam, discussing payment options, accepting a system replacement quote that I could not pass up. Not only was it a superb price, but the warranty and post install service benefits far exceed industry standards.
Two hours later, 2 techs were here installing my new RHEEM HVAC system. Matt and Arty were extremely polite, professional, very personable, and a true pleasure to work with! Just a few hours more and they were done; my system was quietly operational! *sidenote: I think this was the first time I've ever had a "home repair" job like this done where the workers didn't leave behind a mess! Matt took the time to explain the new thermostat's operation and the "after install" services I can expect from this company. From start to finish, I have been totally impressed with the entire team, and with the attention to detail shown by everyone. A true 5 STAR company;

The installation was great they did an awesome job. However, when they say finance with 0 interest and you get charge hidden interest, i dont appreciate that false advertisement. Just give the real details...

Quick Air USA is not taking new business. Over a 2-3 week period, I called them twice and left messages. I filled out their online form. They never bothered to return my messages or respond to the online form. If that is the level of service when new business is on the line, just imagine what it will be like if you have a problem with their service.
