Doug is great! He was very patient with my non existent knowledge of my fireplace. Was very interesting, enthusiastic, and helpful! He made sure I new how to work my damper, work the fireplace doors, and choose the right wood. Also did not charge me for a part I was missing. Definitely a breath of fresh air in customer service.

The absolute worse service ever !?! The woman is the office is terrible at communicating and the appointment kept being rescheduled

Horrible customer service! They were late for their original appointment, then over charged. The technician did a poor job cleaning up after themselves, and they ruined the paint on multiple walls of my house. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Solex Air Duct & Vent Cleaning guys did a great job.They properly removed all vents and sucked them out.They took about 2 hrs.Did basement ducts and dryer from the outside vent.Job well done!!

Proven company to work with! Very professional from start to finish. Very polite, courteous & professional the whole time! Couldn’t even tell they had been there after they left. I didn’t mind the pricing at all, I knew precisely what I was paying for without any hiding extras or unexpected & the quality is worth it! Recommending to anyone & everyone going forward!

Terrible service. They never showed for two days. I canceled my day on a Monday and they never showed. I called many times throughout the 3 hour window to confirm they would be there, and then on the final call (2 hours after that window) they told me they wouldn’t make it. They rescheduled for Wednesday 11-2. Again they never showed despite guaranteeing me they would be on time this time. Beyond frustrated. DK NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Two full days wasted waiting for them.

Great guys. Easy to work with. The work was done well and as per the committed schedule. The quote was easy to understand and there were no pricing surprises. After they got the blockage out they hooked everything back up and tested the dryer. Very happy to be able to use my dryer again.

Solex did not inform me that the cost of membership would not be included in the invoice for the first service; nor did it send me the membership coverage.
Solex failed to maintain the appointment and never informed me of no-show
Solex did not send me the invoice for the services
Solex manager never contacted me as promised by Solex representative
Solex send an invoice that I had never seen to collection agency two days after the service was performed
Solex didn't deliver the filter promised.
Solex address does not seem to be a physical address. Letter to them to this address was returned with comment 'attempted to deliver, not known unable to forward'.
Solex should not be allowed to maintain it's license due to awful customer service, except they seem to be a ghost.
Solex is Absolutely fraudulent business.

Solex Air Duct & Vent Cleaning conducted the cleaning work. Extremely competent, quality service. Took the time to walk me through the operation to give me assurance that the work was being done precisely. Took before and after photos so that I was encouraged the work was being done. Would highly recommend them. 5 out of 5!!.

We had a wonderful experience with the two guys that came yesterday to clean out our ducts. They were professional, courteous and clean (they cleaned up every ounce of dust, etc . . . after they finished their work). We are pleased by the great difference we have so far noticed!
