We have had ACMAN for a couple of years now. They have always been very fair and gone the extra mile. When we had guests coming just before the hurricane and our ac went out, Diego's staff and crew went above and beyond to get us running again !! Give them a try.

Their response time is incredible, and the service is outstanding. As part time Floridians, they get back to us immediately. Even when we’re not in Naples, they send someone out to fix a problem. We feel like we can call on them anytime, and that’s most important to us.

Diego and his team went above and beyond to help me out of a very complicated AC situation, while I was also out of town traveling. He coordinated with other vendors and ensured the job got done the right way. I highly recommend him and his team!

We had a new HVAC system installed 2 years ago by ACMAN=Diego.
All was great until this year, a smell, a damp smell, was coming from incoming vents. We called Diego he sent his cleaning tech($125 charge) to service the unit. Ok couple days had gone by after the service, the smell remained, I called Diego back he didn't understand why it was happening, but never felt it was any of his responsibility. Ok, I called another service company they arrived and investigated the issue, the tech Dave was IMO very thorough, he took pictures of our units interior, pointed out to me the cleaning service was not done very well. Ok so he cleaned the unit charged $75 and no more smell. Dave did tell me IHO the install Diego did of the HVAC system was correct and overall a good job. Think Diego needs a new cleaning service person

We were at our Florida house for Memorial weekend and our air conditioner gave out.We had a recommendation from a friend and DIego came out on Sunday to help us.He went above and beyond and even installed a temporary system to make us comfortable. He handled everything very professionally and installed a new system without us being there. We are proud to recommend a true professional.

I am so incredibly thankful that I found this company to fix our AC. My hubby and I have owned our 1st home for just under a year. Several things have broken or needed repair since we moved in ..... the hot water heater, a leaky toilet, the washer machine, the roof, and now the AC. I wish I’d done just a little bit of research before calling the 1st few companies that came up on yahoo search results for the hot water heater repair and the toilet. I was massively ripped off by Best Home Services for both of those repairs. I will be paying them off for a long time . So I woke up today and the temp in the house reached 80 degrees while the thermostat was set at 73. I started looking online for ‘ac repair company reviews’ in the Cape Coral area. I DID NOT call the 1st few places that came up but looked at websites with reviews on them. I came across a place called Thumbtack and there were 59 reviews for AC Man LLC and each one was 5 stars. Then I looked at the Facebook profile for this company and saw the same positive feedback. I was pretty convinced after reading the 59 reviews on Thumbtack but in order to contact the company through that website I had to leave my contact info and have the company contact me. Well since this was an emergency and I didn’t want to have to wait too long, I called the phone number listed on the companies Facebook page at 620am. Diego answered after a few rings and after explaining my problem to him, told me he’d be there shortly. I couldn’t be happier with his promptness, professionalism, and most of all , his honesty. He showed us what went wrong, along with the broken piece, and since our ac is almost 10 years old, he showed us some things to look out for and to check on should the ac start acting up again. Things that we could do ourselves to avoid future problems and bills. It was a great experience when your already having to deal with the stress of home repairs and the potential for dishonest people. My bill was under 200$ and I couldn’t be happier. My AC is blowing super cold and I am a VERY satisfied customer.

Diego dropped everything the morning that I called for a/c system installation estimate. I had made up my mind that I was buying a system that day for my tenant. I did get other estimates, and all were close to each other. I am extremely glad that I chose Diego and his company ACMAN. He showed up within the time range, pointed out installation issues from the previous system. I was having issues with the old system. Diego recommended a simple fix for the old system, which made it work properly again, and probably didn’t have to be replaced. So, Diego could have lost the installation business, from his free advice. I went ahead with the new a/c installation. His team of men are courteous, neat, very hard working, and stayed until the job was done all in one day. When the time comes for the other a/c units, Diego’s the man! Thanks! Dan

He and his technician showed up the same day and evaluated scope of work as well as approximate cost. We agreed and they started. Job was finished within two days.

Excellent service! I had absolutely no air flow going to my master bedroom, and now I finally have amazing airflow. They did an amazing job. My A.C looks beautiful from before and after. And the flow is stronger. Everyone was so nice and professional and they answered all and any questions I had. I would highly recommend ACMAN!

He estimated the job properly and fairly, completed everything as promised, and installed a new system in short notice. His team is very knowledgeable, polite, neat, and hard working. They cleaned up after they removed old venting, old air handler, and cutting into the drywall. We really appreciate all the hard work that they did up in the hot attic when our air conditioning system needed to be replaced.
