I'd give zero stars if possible. Called to ask about possibly having A/C parts in stock. He said no he didn't which is fine. Funny thing is I asked him where I could buy a blower motor since I've troubleshooted my own HVAC issues and he said he didn't know where to get parts. Mad just because I wouldnt offer him my business.

Called to get services done to our duck work for our hvac and they never showed up after calling and saying they were 45 mins away. My husband called them and they said there was some type of miscommunication about the services that we needed done and it made zero sense to us since they called to say they were on the way but never showed up. If you aren’t sure of what services need to be done write it down on the work order or at least call someone. So they said they would have someone come out the next day and they again never showed up. I called to see what was going on because it was ridiculous at this point and once again they said there was some type of miscommunication about the services we needed done. Miscommunication of what? We called to tell you what services we needed done and you didn’t show up twice. So unprofessional and disappointing since we saw they had great reviews. We won’t ever recommend this business to anyone ever.

They did my plumbing and HVAC for my entire house for 3 month and . I'm really happy for what they did and material they used are awesome. I was using another company for years but I wasn't happy with them. This time i tried Cobra and I'm proud to work with them . I want to use them for next projects over and over again.

I had 3 companies come out to evaluate and estimate Air Conditioner repair. Ethan from a Cobra Heating And Air Conditioning as the only technician to take the extra step, upfront, to discover the need to readdress the AC issue. So no surprises and or additional charges upon completion! Ethan was here promptly at and went above and beyond my expectations. So impressed would recommend unreservedly.

I called them for service this morning because the fan is not turning on for one of my AC units. I was given a 12PM-3PM service window. At 430PM I called and was told that they had a commercial job they had to finish and that they couldn't see me today.

Now all the other HVAC companies are either closed or no longer have appointment availability today and it's 97 degrees in that room. If you don't have the availability then don't take the job. Highly unprofessional.
