We had Josef come out to our townhouse and check our unit for black mold. Not only was he incredibly informative but he was incredibly empathetic as well. Gave us a detailed synopsis of what needs to be done and how this would be handled. Unfortunately, due to our landlord, they decided not to go with them but I wish they had because the customer service was top tier.

I was very disappointed with this company. They failed to disclose an extra $150 charge for roof dryer vent cleaning until after they arrived. Once the work started, my office was left with a strong smoke smell, and I had to ask them to stop. They also scratched my brand-new washing machine, and when putting it back, they didn’t balance it properly. The machine started making loud noises, and when I called LG, they confirmed one of the bottom feet had been bent. Instead of focusing on doing the job right, the technician was more interested in pushing an expensive “blue light” product to prevent mold in my AC unit. I will never use this company again and do not recommend them.
