Carlos and Joe are amazing. There is an issue with my drainage and Joe patiently keeps trying to figure it out it is NOT a normal issue but he doesn't give up. Service is awesome they truly care about their customers. Thank you MR Repair

My AC went out this past July which was one of the hottest Julys in Florida. Carlos Sr, Joe, Carlos Jr, Wally and Ellie were amazing through a taxing process of working with my Home warranty to get a new unit. They kept me updated, they were on top of everything and treated me like family! I can honestly say this is one of the best companies I have ever worked with.! From technicians to office staff, they were all amazing. I would give them 10 stars if it was available to.

Nicholas, was very professional & even called me prior to arriving @ my home. Communication is a Big key for me! Lastly, he installed our new Refrigerator bottom door with care & properly. Mr. Repair and technicians Nick G., Carlos L. And Joe have been so wonderful to work with. They were able to resolve our Ac issues quickly, which was so important considering our issues occurred in Florida summer. They were honest and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

I love Mr. Repair. They have serviced my A/C a couple times now. Each time I call, they are quick to respond and quick to address the exact issue and solve the problem quickly. They do not try to sell me stuff that I don’t need (unlike a few other companies that I won’t mention). I really appreciate the honest work that Mr. Repair does at a fair price. I will turn to them first for all my future needs.

Carlos and Nick have been to many of my properties over several years. I have replaced 3 total units with them and numerous other various service needs. Also, at my primary home, servicing two AC's. Very honest, reliable, available and reasonable. Good office staff too.

Excellent service from Carlos and Joe. The amount of empathy showed was appreciated. I've had a few technicians out and Carlos and Joe are the only ones that showed any empathy regarding how long I was without having a working refrigerator and they went above and beyond to diagnose the problem. Great guys! They should be recognized because good customer service isn't heard of these days.

These guys are outstanding!!! The only negative thing about this review is that there isn’t a way to give a 10 out of 10 stars review because Google Reviews doesn’t have the ability to let you do so. MR Repair A/C truly deserves 10 stars because hands down they are the best repair company in Central Florida. They have come out to our house a few times for various appliances that needed repairing and always treated us with the utmost respect, scheduled us quickly, came out on time, explained the issue and what they were doing to fix it and fixed it the right way the first time. The whole team are so kind too! Nicholas and Wally are excellent! You can tell how much they care about their customers. Nicholas spent a few days researching the issue with my dryer to troubleshoot it. Now that is top of the line customer service!

Mr Repair recently flushed my 50 gallon hot water heater and did a great job. Nick cleaned my heater rods and flushed my tank multiple times to assure he got any particles or sediment at the bottom of my tank. He also gave me some advice on maintaining my hot water heater and how often I should have my tank flushed. He was on time, very respectful, helpful. He is very knowledgeable and explained all services( appliance repair/ AC repair and new installation, washer/ dryer, etc…. 5 stars. Highly recommend and pricing was competitive.

Charges a 1000% upcharge for a 16.00 transformer. 40 minutes late and didn't even tell me before I could research the part. DO NOT RECOMMENDED.
