Zach is a great business asset. He walked in with natural maturity, thoroughness and thoughtfulness. I had no issue with his pricing because everything was explained. Zach was efficient and is highly intelligent without the fake gimmickry and “salesman” annoyances. He gave me exceptional service at a reasonable price. The system doesn’t simply work. It is better than it was installed. In addition, I just received confirmation of my appointment for the scheduled maintanence contract, just as promised, just as said. He missed NOTHING! Absolute service, impecable memory, all on the fly. It feels good to have confidence in someone's word and work today. Thank you.

River was my technician and he was THE BEST!! Very knowledgeable and explained things on my level of understanding...with actual pictures of my unit! He was thorough with my inspection and explained everything that he did and what he found. I knew something was wrong and he gave me different options, his recommendations, helped with every question that I had and on top of that, was personable and all around, a great young man. Today Rinaldi’s Air Conditioning and Plumbing installed a Rheem 18kw tankless water heater and a Halo H2 Zero Ultimate Filtration and Conditioning System at my home. The 2 installers, Brenden and Gabriel, were 5 star all the way. They were on time, very patient in explaining every aspect of the installation, cleaned up, easy to talk to, and all around most professional! I highly recommend Rinaldi’s.

I had a new 4 ton central heat and AC system installed yesterday by Rinaldi’s AC and Plumbing. I could not be any more pleased with the team and the work they did. It started with Gary coming out to my home and explaining what needed to be done and what to expect once I decided to move forward with the job. Then came the time to remove the old unit and install the new system. Joel and Danny were here exactly when they said they would be. They were extremely polite and personable while they worked hard to meet all of my needs and answer questions about the job they were performing. The entire job was done efficiently and the new units look fantastic! I would highly recommend Rinaldi’s for anyone looking to get a great job done by a hard working and honest group of professionals.

Josh is a great technician and amazing communicator who seems to truly enjoy his job as it relates to getting to the root cause of A/C and heating issues. He was sure to check in often during his 2.5 hr repair visit and kept us informed of the various diagnostic procedures he was conducting. My service was expensive but over half of cost was due to the price of freon.

Called this company for quote on basic standard install of a 40 gallon electric water heater.. Price given was highest( $1800) of about 9 plumbers contacted.. they may do decent work but way way off on pricing. This is a $1200-1400 job as quoted by several companies.. I say shop around..

Hired Rinaldi after being taken advantage of by private contractors. Salesman "assured" us that would never happen with Rinaldi. Yea, right!
Brand new A/C has had no heat since install. First told wiring was wrong (they installed it). Rewired, but A/C heat still doesn't work during the coldest days of year so far. Called on a Saturday asking for, "at least a call so we'll know they're aware ". Still no call while we struggle to stay warm. Sad to realize the salesman was playing us like everyone else. I'm getting so tired living in FL and being taken advantage of as a Senior Citizen. Thanks for NOTHING Rinaldi. Guess we should have known. BTW...as of this writing we STILL have no heat!!

My technician, Stephan, Pisaio arrived after working at another location for two hours. However, his attitude was very positive and pleasant. His thorough use of time was amazing and he ended up replacing two different toilets in a very old building with incredible skills, ability to problem, dedication to excellence. He cleaned up every wet spot on the floor and construction debris in both bathrooms, which were spotless.He is an excellent worker, agent for Rinaldi and their credibility, and I will ask for him to come to all future plumbing repairs.
