Definitely would recommend working with this company.

Great company, fast and professional service!

The best! Love Ben, very patient, precise and knowledgeable!

Very happy with this service!! Ben is the nicest guy to work with. THANK YOU!!!

Absolute pleasure to work with. Always responsive and they excel at problem solving and efficiency. Would recommend to anyone, from small personal jobs to large commercial jobs.

After a bit of a rocky start, AFS came through. David did a great job of supervising all different contractors performing the services above.

AFS did a build-out for us in Leesburg Fl. a Diner and a Cigar Lounge.
They managed the project very well from The permits stages to the Certificate
of Occupency they kept the cost under control and the project ran on time.
I will use AFS again in the future if I have more build- out .

We hired Benkiran when our house caught fire, more than his professional diligence, professionalism, he gave us word of encouragement & advise. His personality is one that makes it great to work with him.

Extremely unprofessional!!! I called to ask questions relating to the business and your services, since I am doing my initial research, in order to find someone to remodel my house and one of your representatives/personnel hung up on me.

To the owners response: No it was definitely your company, I did not mistake it with another. The day after I wrote this review, your company reached out to me to “fix the issue”. I did decide to not further my experience with you. But, I do find it now, even more unprofessional that you would try to “save face” and place blame on me for writing a review on the “wrong company”

So very happy with Ben Benkiran and this company. Honest, knowledgeable, hard-working and talented. Would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them for any construction or remodeling needs. On top of all this, he's really a nice guy and a pleasure to work with, which is always a plus.

AFS went above and beyond on five retail construction projects we worked on with them throughout Florida. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fair on pricing. Would highly recommend their team especially Ben! - Drew Briscoe (VP; JCR Companies)

AFS General Contracting has done several projects for me (commercial and residential) throughout the years. They have been outstanding. Always under budget and on time. I am always pleased to recommend them to anyone who needs a professional contractor.

Honestly, I never write reviews but had to make an exception for AFS General Contracting. AFS General Contracting did an amazing job on every project that we've thrown at them. There is simply no job to big or small for them. From amazing kitchens, to custom built-ins throughout the house, to the custom closets, to outdoor custom porch and patio, there is simply nothing they can't handle! If we ever need to do any work on our home again, they will be the first and most probably the only contracting company I'd call. Also, for us, their honesty/integrity was really comforting to my wife and I. They went over and above what was required! Big thanks to the entire AFS team!

Ben and his team have always been excellent to work with. They have done residential remodels for me as well as a commercial office building. Who has ever heard of a general contractor coming in under budget? Ben is exceptional at keeping a job moving, getting competitive bids and finishing a quality product to complete the project. I would not hesitate to use AFS-GC in the future!

We hired AFS to renovate and repair a part of the house that has been flooded as well as building an extension to extend our family room/back porch. They handled the entire process from designing the plan, permitting and construction. Very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. Ben, Stan and David have been wonderful to work with.
