Angel is the greatest! We switched to Anago after our previous company did not deliver. Anago has delivered on their services. You can tell the offices were cleaned when we arrive Monday morning and it's a great feeling! They even replenish the paper products which is something less I have to worry about. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

We were initially impressed during the walkthrough (despite the representative being two hours late to the FIRST appointment) by how professional and well-run this company appeared. Unfortunately, the reality of working with them has been the exact opposite.

Communication is consistently poor. Every single appointment that was scheduled, their team arrived late—including their operations manager, Karen. This showed a complete disregard for our time. We run an appointment-based business, and their tardiness directly interfered with our client's schedule. We specifically asked to be notified if their team would be running behind, yet this continued to happen without warning, apology, or accountability.

Over the course of a month, it was one issue after another, with very little communication, no ownership of their mistakes, and no professionalism in how the situation was handled. After putting us through repeated frustrations and wasted time and money, they still have the audacity to request full payment.

This company is horribly mismanaged—unreliable, unprofessional, and careless with their clients’ time. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a cleaning company that actually values communication, punctuality, and accountability.

They stop by every week and my studio has never looked or felt this clean before. Their service is top-notch and they're a breeze to work with. I definitely suggest them if you're in need of a fantastic cleaning company.

We currently use Anago cleaning for our corporate office and they are great at what they do. They make sure that the office/restrooms look their best before they leave. They also make sure to communicate with me if we are running low on supplies to ensure there are no issues when they return and they can complete their duties effectively. We are happy to have them as our cleaning company.

I would like to start off by saying that I generally do not post publicly but the service, professionalism and attention to detail that BlueBlack Cleaners put into their work should be applauded publicly! I’m a Property Manager so I have dealt with plenty of cleaning companies in the 10+ years of being in the industry and this is the first review I’ve written about a cleaning company because they deserve it!

I needed a post construction deep clean due to a popcorn ceiling removal job. The contractor wasn't able to get it cleaned before we needed to move in. We had one day until move-in. Carlos and his team were able to take action immediately with a quick turnaround! Carlos and his team were above and beyond! Very personable, attentive, responsive and reasonably priced! The whole process end-to-end was easy, professional, and concisely executed. The job carried into the night time hours and we have VERY poor lighting at the moment. We were surprised to find there wasn't an inch of the 1200 sqft house that hadn't been exceptionally deep cleaned! We are beyond thankful to the attention to detail. It saved us a whole lot of stress and headache with moving in. I would certainly recommend this company's cleaning services to anyone and will definitely consider them again in the future!
