I was in a business that was so clean and sparkly! I asked what company did the cleaning and they told me Aqua Cleaning and Janitorial! That is an amazing company. I was told that Gianella Ott was very easy to work with and very detail orientated. Everything was so clean and so much attention was paid to small details that added to the shine and shimmer. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this company was so astonishingly bad that I feel obligated to warn others.
First off, the cleaning—if you can even call it that—was a total joke. They left more dirt behind than they took away. It looked like they simply walked around the building pretending to clean. Trash cans were still full, floors were sticky, and the bathroom smelled WORSE than before they came. I honestly think they used the same rag for everything, including toilets and desks. Disgusting.
Their staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely disinterested. One of them was on their phone the entire time, blasting music, and another asked if we had any snacks. Are you kidding me?
They showed up late multiple times, and on two separate occasions, they just didn’t show up at all—no call, no email, nothing. We were left scrambling to clean our own space before an important client visit. Completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, when we tried to contact them to address these issues, we were met with nothing but attitude and excuses. Their “manager” might as well be imaginary because they never returned a single call. And don’t even get me started on the billing—charged us for services they didn’t perform, then refused to adjust the invoice.
This company is either a scam or the most incompetent operation I’ve ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache and hire literally anyone else. If I could give negative stars, I would.
