The worst service and “landscapers” I have ever seen along with very rude workers. Wish our HOA would get rid of them!
-
The worst crew works in this cia.
-
The service was horrible at the bank I worked at. We had to call baker instead they did a terrible job cleaning up after themselves. When called in and complained , manager had no sympathy and No customer service what’s so ever . Would not recommend

I would do no stars. My dad had a sprinkler company and these people are the worse. We are stuck with them until there contract runs out. Shame on them.

They don't follow instructions, my child does a better job then these grown sorry men, what I call boys. The whole idea of what is still carol king in my eyes is do your worst and dont do better tomorrow. Sales man know this and try to look professional as a bithlo boy. Foreman's are as sorry as any Ive ever seen. Not sure why the emerged to make this new company.

Our Account Manager, Chris Thalasinos, has only been on property for a few weeks. In that short amount of time, he has won over many residents who have been unhappy with work previously done in our community. He communicates with passion and understanding - treating each individual's needs with enthusiasm and compassion. We are grateful to have this horticultural professional serving our neighborhoods!

Juniper is plagued with failure after failure to maintain our community’s landscaping needs because of their poor centralized oversight.
The disconnect between representatives in their call center and field based employees at Juniper is as stark as it gets. Dead grass, broken irrigation, dying sod on pallets to replace said grass, overreactions to minor issues, no action to large issues, tickets closed multiple times by call center reps without action by field based techs, and or no response at all are each descriptions facing our 500+ home community on a broad and consistent basis over the last 3 years.
The only thing Juniper is consistent with, is rotating their field supervisors on an ongoing basis from one community to another. It’s an intentional strategy that provides cover for Juniper to hide their incompetencies.
Our community has quite literally witnessed hundreds of thousands of dollars wasted because of plantings that have died because of mishandling by Juniper.
I’m confident Juniper, one day, will become the poster child on an investigative documentary that highlights how builder managed HOA’s can go terribly wrong through negligence of the landscaping companies they hire… -
We had Juniper in our community they are hands down the worst lawn maintenance/care company I have ever seen.
They would leave lawn waste, even if I picked it up and put it in the middle of the grass for them to pick up they would either run it over with their mowers or throw it back into the shrubbery.
The condition of the grass in the parks in the neighborhood is the worst I have ever seen.
Good riddance. -
My community in Melbourne FL, has Juniper as our landscaping company. I have had work orders pending for 3 months to repair ruts in the lawn and dead grass down to bare dirt in areas from their spraying of herbicide. Irrigation has not worked on our side of the street for 3 months. My numerous requests for them to fix these problems are being ignored. Many issues with this company in our 55+ community. Juniper doesn't care.

Waiting for months for "promised soon" cleanup and sod. No one even returns a phone call or inquiry. They are THE WORST!!!

Leaving a review not because I even had a service from them, but because their driver today (3/26) coming out of summerport and up the hill to orchard hills completely cut through the opposite side of the road making a turn with a large trailer and almost caused a terrible accident with my vehicle. Teach your drivers how to make proper turns without putting others at risk. Completely irresponsible driving and wasn’t surprised after I saw the reviews about this company…

My condo community has always had meticulously manicured landscaping. I’ve lived here for 10yrs and it was well maintained until they changed from Arroyo to Juniper. They haven’t trimmed the hedges in front of my building in almost FIVE MONTHS!! They trimmed the hedges in the front of the community, but maybe they figure no one’s looking in the back?!? They left poinsettia’s from Christmas in the entry until February. It’s mid-May and they haven’t planted anything since removing them. The Crepe Myrtle trees were trimmed 2 months later than they should have been. The cutting corners is just laziness & appears like they have no desire to provide quality results.

Didn’t get service from them and know not to based off of the reviews. The driver decided to go 10 miles under the speed limit with his face in the phone slowing everyone down.

I want to express my “DISSATISFACTION “ with the recent tree trimming service I received from Juniper Landscaping.
I initially paid upfront expecting the work to be completed within two weeks, as promised. After several calls, I was finally contacted by Angel Lopez, who assured me that the service would take place the following week. Unfortunately, that did not happen. It was only after I opened a case that I received a follow-up call.
When the crew arrived, I stepped outside to find them trimming my neighbor's side of the tree. The lead worker mentioned he was only instructed to trim around the trees, which was disappointing and not what I had paid for. After their work was completed, I noticed that there were several branches still overhang my driveway, and I was told that those could not be cut, which I find ridiculous.
I will be opening another case to address this incomplete work. However, I regret to say that I cannot recommend Juniper Landscaping due to these issues regarding professionalism, communication, and service quality. -
I live in Phase 1 of the Waterleigh community in Winter Garden. Juniper Landscaping was hired by our HOA to manage landscaping and irrigation maintenance. Unfortunately, they repeatedly failed to perform the services they were contracted to provide. Crews often did not show up as scheduled, lawns were infrequently cut, and the irrigation system was consistently broken throughout the community.
By the end of their tenure, the community landscaping was in poor condition and required significant repairs. A new landscaping company has since been hired to address the extensive damage left behind. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Juniper Landscaping to any community considering their services. -
Juniper Landscaping truck drove aggressively and recklessly on SR-408 in Orlando. Brake-checking, tailgating, flashing high beams, honking, and following me to my exit. I feared for my safety. Completely unacceptable behavior from a company vehicle. Photos attached.

Do not use this company! Out of the 8 weeks I had them taking care of my yard, they missed 3 weeks. The last 2 weeks they were unreachable/unresponsive. They ghosted me. Even worse, I paid them for “the works,” which was to entail full service mowing, hedge trimming, weed spraying, you name it. They sprayed twice only and did a poor job with hedge trimming (when they showed up). Don’t use these guys ever! Very disappointed and robbed of my money.

Customer beware, get everything in writing, be on site while work is performed and confirm everything. Communication is clearly an issue. The landscaping was lovely but within 10 days from completion 11 plants were rotten and Sabastian provided written statement that he would replace the plants, that was 2 months ago. No response to text, emails or phone calls. I do not recommend this company.

I had a great experience working with Eduardo, very thoughtful and knowledgeable, superior quality than other companies that I’ve tried before
