This is a truly outstanding landscaping company. Their communication and service were top-notch, and the easy payment system via text link was incredibly convenient. I never met anyone in person, but I returned home to an absolutely amazing-looking yard! After they expertly cleared out some serious overgrowth, I immediately signed up for their ongoing maintenance services. It's genuinely hard to find a landscaping team this reliable, and I've already recommended them to my family.

We recently had our front lawn installed by Firsthand Lawn & Landscape. We were happy with the results. The grass looks lush. They made sure the soil was properly prepared before laying down the grass. Everything was cleaned up nicely aerward. Equally important, the company’s owner had been communicating with us along the way from quoting to the completion of the project. Highly recommend them for anyone looking to refresh their yard!

Firsthand Lawn and Landscape was and has been a great company for handling the landscaping and grass here at my house in Longwood. I have 1.3 acres with lots of trees, bushes and plants and their attention to detail was everything I was looking for. Not just reasonable and comparable pricing but the service was on time, efficient, clean and quiet. Customer service was always on point too.

I recommend them 10X over for their service and care of customer satisfaction.

I have been meaning to write a review for a long time because this is the first and only lawn company that has exceeded my expectations. Upon another company no showing to a clean up and since I have a cardiac issue, it was very difficult to keep up with my lawn especially in the summer. So I went on a search. I originally found them through Thumbtack, but this company was different from the start.

I believe the first person I talked to was Ryan. He was patient in my initial call about what I needed: clean up, then, maintenance, and weeding. I also was very transparent about my expectations. Reliability, communication with inclement weather, communication in general, quality each time, etc. I find these to be minimum expectation of a lawn company, but have not had that with other companies.

There is a payment/quote customer portal that you can easily see upcoming or adjusted appoints and receipts of payments. Very user friendly and transparent. I had a question one time and asked to call because it was complicated and they said sure, come to find out he was on a vacation. While I don’t ever wish anyone to work over their vacation, I think that exemplifies the commitment to the business and customers FirstHand has.

I also appreciate their plan has weekly mows during peak wet season and biweekly mows in the winter season.

They will offer quotes, but I appreciate there is follow up without pressure. They saw my fence needed to be pressure washed and provided a quote. I like that they recognized the need, but unfortunately did not have it in my budget at the time and had to say no. There was no pressure or further discussion after me saying no and I appreciate that listen and are transparent and consistent in all the work they do!
I am consistently asked for who does my lawn and hear the frustrations from my neighbors about who they have doing their lawns and I share Firsthand’s contact information. I am so thankful I found this company and have no intentions of ever searching for another one!

Today, Firsthand Lawn & Landscape sent a quality Team to deliver quality services! The tasks I requested were completed timely and efficiently. I have been attempting to locate a solid professional lawn care company for over a year. I have experienced prior ones who never showed up, demanded payments in advance, and the most horrendous one that installed $3000 of the wrong kind of sod and never returned my calls. If you want to regain trust and have a beautiful lawn again, call Firsthand Lawn…..you will finally know a consistent, experienced, product will be delivered.(pictures will be posted next week. 😉)

Definitely recommend if you are looking for something low maintenance yet adds extraordinary curb appeal to your home. Luis and Marianna are true professionals; both are knowledgeable, great communicators and honest thru and thru. Their crew adjusted well to challenges when project began and ensure it was completed in a timely fashion. The outcome was better than expected.

Again, these are not your typical much and flower bed provider. They do something way better than that.

We recently did our yard and are absolutely in love with it.
When I initially contacted the company it took them less than 24hrs to answer and come out for a quote. The quote was provided on the same date and answers to all my inquiries were very quick. From quoting until the project was done the customer service was amazing!
The whole project took 2 days and the result was exactly as provided in our 3D design.
If you’re looking for an excellent company to work with I would definitely recommend them.

Luis and Mariana provided excellent service. They were able to give the upgrade I wanted plus more for an amazing price. I had two palm trees planted and started to die within two month but Luis was able to come out and make sure the irrigation was installed properly. Although the palms lost a few fronds within the first two month I was able to see new ones growing which gave me peace of mind(patience needed). I would definitely recommend their service and look forward to working with them in the future.

Had Ideal come out to do a renovation of our back yard They showed up and gave us a 3D rendering of what it would look like. Ultimately the work was flawless and the final product was exactly as they said it would be. Payment terms were exactly as described

I was an Ideal Gardens fan from the minute I saw the work they create on social media. NEVER did I think that I’d have the ability or opportunity to have them create and complete a project for my home.

But, here we are!!! Project was created and completed and WE love it!!!! All I have to say is that if you are looking for a landscape company that is top notch, IDEAL gardens is it!!! I wouldn’t change them or use any other company out there AGAIN.

Called this company to ask for a quote for a new weekly landscaping service. The lady informed me that they didn't offer that type of service then proceeded to hang up on me while I was thanking her for her time and information. Completely unprofessional, rude and would never hire for any other services.
