5/10/24 workers at my house found “termites” . I called Orkin and the sales guy “Technician” came, he saw the “termites” and wanted to sell me an expensive 5 years termite free warranty program with the initial application to kill all of them. I was not convinced because of course I’m on a budget. I called Termite Lawn and Pest, Erik came and inspected the house in and out and told me: There are not termites, they are 🐜 just ANTS! These guys are honest to the teeth, and that is very hard to find in a company these days. THANK YOU

I work in property management and handle maintenance on hundreds of homes. Unfortunately, this job sometimes requires ridding properties of pests. Fortunately, Termite Lawn and Pest have been super heroes when it comes to fighting this battle and Vern is the best!

Due to the nature of the work needed, I often have to ask for immediate and special service and the Termite Lawn and Pest team has always been responsive. They are thorough, professional and communicate well. In everything from prompt response to email requests, scheduling treatment exactly when needed to detailed billing, my experience with Termite Lawn and Pest has been excellent. I highly recommend them to homeowners and management companies.

Vern Morris has always treated our homes, tenants, our company & employees with respect & fairly. The prompt service he provides is outstanding. We very seldom have to ask for a second visit but if we do he does not complain or make excuses. I have no problem recommending him or the company to any of our renters or owners.

Kirk was very professional, friendly and informative. He was prompt to answer my questions on what type of chemicals that were used and the longevity of the treatment. I would recommend them any day and we will use them again in the future.

I've never used a pest control company before, of course I thought I could do it on my own but I had some serious concerns about termite activity and ants. Kirk came out on first visit and did a good inspection of areas then treated, he explained everything in detail. I had a reoccurrence of ant activity and I called prior to my quarterly treatment so he could check, Kirk came out immediately and checked and took care of my concerns, and educated me on what to look for and to call even if it's prior to my scheduled service. That's what I liked best, they truly care that my services are at its best and that customer service detail is key. Thank you for making me feel a valued customer!

I can't say enough about Kirk. He came to do a termite inspection for us when we were under contract for a house and his knowledge about bugs and critters was incredible. Sometimes it seems that companies try to use scare tactics to get your business, but that wasn't the case with Kirk. He was straight-forward and honest about the issues he saw, and thank goodness we called him, because there were problems that we weren't aware of that steered us away from purchasing once he pointed them out. Paul does an amazing job! We had a "bit of problem" with roaches transiting from the neighbors unit to ours. Bumped into this guy randomly outside as he was finishing another unit and got his business card. Called him for an appointment and the first time he fumigated the problem has been gone without any randoms creeping by. Love the service and the products they use, as it never stinks of pesticides when he is finished. 1,000,000% RECCOMMENDED!

My experience has been awesome with Eric and his company. I hired his company for preventive pest control and termite protection. I truly felt comfortable after hiring them. They come when they say they are going to come and get the job done. Their professionalism is second to none, and I am very pleased in the way everything was handled for me. I really appreciate good companies like these. The customer service is superb.

Paul checked for bugs in our cupboards! It was from an open box of pasta. I threw it out and did a through cleaning of cupboard shelves. Thank you!

I have had the pleasure of working with both Paul and Kelly. They take pride in their work and it shows. They are easily approachable and are always available to answer any questions my wife or I have. They also are very prompt on scheduled appts.

Termite Lawn and Pest has been with me through 2 properties with all sorts of different issues. We have even had dog allergies here and there and the team there continues to see what steps can be taken to make sure the lawn looks great and the pets are healthy. They never hesitate to communicate and offer improvements. I fully endorse the team there and appreciate their care for a very squeaky wheel customer like me.

Kelly is amazing. He was my tech in Orlando with St Augustine grass and kept him on in new home in Minneola with zoysia. He is a lifesaver. Told me what to expect over course of next year with establishing new lawn. Tips on cutting different directions, mowing low to ground and weekly to thicken lawn, etc. Between what he has taught me and the weed prevention and fertilization methods the company utilizes, I have been told by many neighbors I have one of the prettiest lawns in the neighborhood.👍

Five stars for Kelly & the service he is providing for our lawn. He's not only made the grass much better but he's given me important instruction on watering and a few other things as he's treated a few issues with our new sod. I hired Termite Lawn & Pest Inc. for our lawn simply because after meeting Kelly, I had complete confidence in them. And much appreciation to Eric, who was willing to drop everything one day to help us with the removal of a coral snake. Kelly helped us identify it - as venomous it worried us greatly. We ended up not needing Eric, but it's comforting to know that if I need them again, I can call.

Our service technician Craig N is fantastic. He always goes above and beyond with the service. He makes sure we know before he starts so we can take the dogs out first. And he is always on the lookout for issues that go beyond the Dr Jack's treatments. I can't tell you how many times he has found a broken sprinkler head or identified other things that could have become a problem if it wasn't for Craig. He's a great representative for the company and a big part of why we continue to use Dr Jacks!

Darrel was great! Super friendly, very informative, and really took the time to explain everything in detail. After a disappointing performance from a different lawn service, I was referred to Dr. Jacks. I've been using them for the past six months and they have done a great job. The previous lawn service almost destroyed my lawn, to the point I was pricing out a re-sod. After consulting with Adam from Dr. Jacks, he felt we had a good chance to save the lawn and bring it back. He was correct! Adam has done a great job and my lawn looks healthy, green, and full again.
