I am writing this review to help others avoid the mistake I made with We Fix Drains. I contacted the company to get an estimate for lining rusty cast iron sewer pipes. They informed me there was a $79 fee to prepare the estimate, which would be applied toward the job if I moved forward.
I met Mark at the job site, and after a brief discussion, he explained that they only line sewer pipes located under the building slab. He stated that lining 10 feet of pipe for each of the two bathrooms would cost between $12,000 and $15,000. When I asked about the rest of the sewer pipe—which was the only reason I contacted them—he said they do not perform that work.
I was then required to pay the $79 fee. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money.
