I highly recommend this company for all your construction needs. Johnathan and his crew did an excellent job on replacing my flooring and reconstructing my bench. They were very professional, trustworthy and diligent workers.

Excellent Cleaning and Staffing Partner!
I own Orlando Vacation Rooms and have been working with A.S. Maracay Services since 2019. They take care of all our cleaning needs for the hotel and also provide staffing. From the very beginning, they’ve been amazing professional, reliable, organized, and extremely detail-oriented.
Their team consistently goes above and beyond to maintain the highest standards, and they’ve become an essential part of our business operations. I truly recommend A.S. Maracay Services to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional cleaning and staffing company.
Thank you for all your dedication and outstanding service!

Derwin & George did a fantastic job renovating my bathroom - it's beautiful!!! They were professional, friendly, accommodating, and punctual. Their attention to detail and a job done to perfection exceeded my expectations. They were more than reasonable, especially when compared to other companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Ferguson's Painting, Cleaning, and Home Repair for ANY kind of home improvement and/or repair! They can do it all. They are honest and will do an awesome job! Give Derwin a call, you won't regret it!

Wow

Highly recommend!!!

Fergusons Company did some remodeling in my office and I was very pleased.

Derwin has helped me get my property back in shape in a short amount of time and did not drain my bank account.

Derwin Ferguson does a great job on a variety of home fix up tasks so just consult with him if you want your project done right

05/25/2021: My first time using Ferguson's and I was very pleased. Mr. Ferguson and Robert did the work needed on my gables, then nailed, primed and matched the color so that it all looks good again.

Quality work and a fair price. Mr. Ferguson works hard to meet the needs of his clients. Great for routine maintenance and for post storm repair.

Ferguson's Painting, Cleaning & Home Repairs is a stand-out; providing excellent craftsmanship, unparalleled professionalism and a great value. The quality of the work performed was extraordinary, articulate and provided tangible, meaningful solutions to my home repair needs.

Derwin is thorough, honest, and always keeps his sense of humor and positive mindset no matter the challenges presented by the task at hand. He and Robert do quality work at a fair price, and he's a joy to work with.

Derwin and his team do a fantastic job. Easy to work with and schedule. Was able to source (not at Home Depot or Lowe’s) and install soffit panels that matched our 20 year old house after a storm. Fair price. Quality work.

Derwin replaced 2 exterior doors along with painting and hardware replacement, and replaced 2 exterior lights. Very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and fair in pricing. No hidden costs. Came to do the job when he said he would and got it done. Would hire him again in a minute.

Mr. Ferguson and his crew have been very professional in all of our dealings. They are meticulous in the way they paint. I’ve had painters that just mop on cheap paint that starts to peel after a year. Ferguson cleans and primes first and after several years I still just have them pressure wash once a year and looks as good as when it was first painted. No drips on my sign or windows, everything was taped up nice and neat. When the job was done they cleaned up and left it cleaner than when they started. I’ve referred Ferguson to my friends and family and they are glad I did.

This business is DEFINETLY A 5 STAR ALWAYS!! Derwin Ferguson has completed multiple jobs for me and I am ALWAYS VERY SATISFIED!!. Punctual, professional, detailed, trustworthy and cleans up area afterwards. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a job done well.

I had a long list of small to large home repairs that I needed to have completed before a major remodeling project. Derwin and Rob gave me two full days and completed all repairs. They were very professional, on time and affordable. Highly recommend their services.

Derwin Ferguson and his team have been absolutely amazing throughout the renovation of our new home. Derwin makes sure that we know everything he’s working on and why, what may need repair that we weren’t aware of and what options we have that we wouldn’t necessarily know about. He also works with the other contractors to make everyone is aligned and working towards the best outcomes. His attention to detail and quality of work have been exceptional. Even our neighbors stop him to inquire about his work, they are impressed with the quality. Derwin and his team work with integrity, respect and quality, not to mention his overall friendly and jovial personality. We look forward to continuing to work with Derwin on any new projects that may come up.
