Reviews of local pros in Orlando, Florida

Shawn and company were great. On time, kept me informed and were very friendly and did a great job getting the heavy furniture out of the house like it was a feather. Would use them all of the time.

Great experience. Excellent communication and efficient. We had a large 3 piece sectional sofa that we needed help to remove and Jay and his teammate did a phenomenal job. Load up was by far the most reasonable in price as well. Thank you!

Did not have any issues. Simple and straightforward process. I called them the night before and they came first thing in the morning. I had bunch of tiles that needed to be thrown out from a kitchen remodel and the agent was able to do it with no mess or hassel.

Yuriy was very friendly and took great care when removing the items. I would definitely recommend LoadUp to friends and family.

Furniture pick up went smooth and quick. Nice to have a firm quote.

Highly recommend this company if you have items you wish to donate. They are very fast, efficient and professional and their pricing is extremely fair. I will be using again.

It was a great experience. They came within the time frame given. They removed my 2 couches quickly and even gave some love to my dog. Great service. We will use them again when needed and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Dont waste your time. Rude, unprofessional, fine if they dont make any mistakes, but if they damage anything they could care less, dont stand behind their service, and are horrific. Dont bother.. so many people who do what they do.. Cant support such a poor franchise

I was a little skeptical when I used Loadup to remove the garbage from recent renovation. I was more than satisfied by this company. From Jasper to Karthika and to the guys who took out my garbage, Steve and Jay, my experience was nothing but amazing. Someone always picked up the call and answered promptly. Great job 👏
I would definitely use this company again 👍

The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Bryce was awesome, prompt, and personable. Thank you for everything, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this service..

LoadUp pickup was great! Loaders arrived on time. Both loaders were polite and respectful. Very impressed with this service.

They did a great job! It was quick and they were very polite. Would highly recommend!

I’ve used this company twice since finding them, and both times the services were incredibly efficient and they delivered what they promised at an affair and resistible price. I would without a doubt recommend this company to anyone who has heavy pieces of furniture or anything else that needs to be removed.

Great services. Quick, friendly, and no problems. Arrived within the time frame I selected and left within 30-40 minutes. Had them move two couches, a queen mattress and box spring, and a bed frame. Would recommend if you need stuff gone fast.

Absolutely fantastic experience!! We booked Sunday evening, selected a pickup on Monday evening and had the pleasure of a wonderfully professional, efficient and super careful moving team showing up at our apartment and removing the specified items. The pricing was unbelievably fair and we could not have been happier with everything. Truly a completely flawless and positive experience!! Thank you so much!!!

Jordan (our pickup specialist) was GREAT!! He arrived at the scheduled time and was in and out quickly with no issues.
I certainly recommend LoadUp

Our movers arrived within the time window, they were very pleasant and were very careful taking 2 large sofas out of our living room. I will definitely use Loadup Junk Removal, again. Also, their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend their service.

overpriced and doesn’t have a reliable/strong worker system. As in they say they can do your job but it’s to whoever they have as a sub contractor if they can do it so don’t expect big jobs to be done, which is why I prefer ETA Hauling which is a far more reliable and efficient method pricing or done in a timely manner it’s finished by ETA not load up

Lismarie and partner were on time, efficient, organized, professional and friendly. Great service and good communication throughout the process.

The ladies Elida and her co-worker were very professional and friendly. They called to let me know the time frame of their arrival and called me to let me know that they arrived. Great job!👏🏽 😊

Wanted pergola relocated, 2 guys were able to relocate and turn to where I wanted it. This is a heavy wood pergola and it was moved without any damage. High recommend them for any heavy weight item movement
