This company is definitely a 5 star roofing company they came in and took care ripping off

Tim and the crew at HomeShield were easy to work with, get my small repair project scheduled and completed quickly and timely. I bought my home while living 2700 miles away and he arranged time with my real estate agent to inspect my roof further as our general inspector flagged a handful of issues with it. He communicated directly with my agent and got that done for me! He summarized the issues he saw, gave me 2 options on a fix, gave me a quote for both and patiently waited while I closed on the home. Being so far away and after Hurricane Milton come through it was reassuring he inspected my place and I felt confident in him to “check” this one off the list of stuff to get done. Thank you Tim and crew!

Tim was very professional, responsive, and most importantly — honest. He was on time, walked me through the minor damage he found on my roof, and assured me it wasn’t in terrible shape, so there was no need to rush into a replacement. It was the honesty for me!
Another company had come out before Tim and told me my roof wouldn’t make it through another storm season. They even tried to pressure me into waiting for a storm with certain wind speeds to file an insurance claim — basically pushing insurance fraud.
I will 1000% be hiring this company in the next few months when I’m ready for a full replacement, simply because of the integrity and character they showed. You will not regret giving them a call!
