This company is definitely a 5 star roofing company they came in and took care ripping off
and replaceing my roof with 24 gauge galvalume metal they made the whole project very quick and painless, I highly recommend homeshield roofing,,, thank you

Tim and the crew at HomeShield were easy to work with, get my small repair project scheduled and completed quickly and timely. I bought my home while living 2700 miles away and he arranged time with my real estate agent to inspect my roof further as our general inspector flagged a handful of issues with it. He communicated directly with my agent and got that done for me! He summarized the issues he saw, gave me 2 options on a fix, gave me a quote for both and patiently waited while I closed on the home. Being so far away and after Hurricane Milton come through it was reassuring he inspected my place and I felt confident in him to “check” this one off the list of stuff to get done. Thank you Tim and crew!

Tim was very professional, responsive, and most importantly — honest. He was on time, walked me through the minor damage he found on my roof, and assured me it wasn’t in terrible shape, so there was no need to rush into a replacement. It was the honesty for me!

Another company had come out before Tim and told me my roof wouldn’t make it through another storm season. They even tried to pressure me into waiting for a storm with certain wind speeds to file an insurance claim — basically pushing insurance fraud.

I will 1000% be hiring this company in the next few months when I’m ready for a full replacement, simply because of the integrity and character they showed. You will not regret giving them a call!

We had 11 roofing companies give us estimates. In truth, I wasn’t comfortable with the majority of them. That was until Ian Zika from HomeShield Roofing came to quote. Right away, I was struck by his knowledge and his willingness to share it. He spoke with pride about how his father started and grew his own roofing business and how he worked with his Dad through the years, learning from the best. He spoke honestly, giving us straightforward answers in terms we could understand. His understanding of the product , material and labor costs were unparalleled, and his enthusiasm for the work was infectious. He did it all, from permitting, sub-contracting for solar panel removal and re- install, material disposal, through inspection and we felt very well taken care of. I’m so glad we chose to work with HomeShield! Our roof install was quick, the crew courteous and thorough, their clean-up impeccable. Best of all our new roof is so beautiful and at a fair price we could handle. I thoroughly recommend that if you’re in the market for a new roof, do your due diligence. Excellent company! We had multiple roof estimates and chose Homeshield Roofing after meeting with Tim. Tim is very knowledgeable and honest! Price was very fair, and Tim answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns. The work was done quickly, and our new roof looks beautiful! Even the county inspector complemented their work! Tim came back a few days later for quality control check. We had been so frustrated with some of the other roofing companies because they were trying to sell "packages" and they were ridiculously high by including items in the price whether needed or not. Tim was straight forward and reasonable even on the wood replacement where we had leaks. We highly recommend this company for a beautiful job and an excellent price! Tim's foreman was excellent, answered all questions, and very professional. The office manager Courtney is also excellent and very good at thoroughly answering all of our questions! We were Blessed to find this company!

Let’s be honest…no one really wants to have to deal with replacing a roof. Calling for estimates, checking reviews, etc. can be a daunting task. I can save you some trouble and work…deal directly with HomeShield Roofing. Tim set us at ease from our first meeting. He and his supervisor Carlos were there to answer any questions and concerns. They guided us through the entire process and answered emails and texts in a timely manner. Courtney was great providing any information over the phone and through email as well. They met the timeline, stayed within budget, and kept us informed at each stage. The finished roof was above and beyond our expectations. If you need any roof work, we highly recommend HomeShield.

Homeshield Roofing is the best roofing company in Orlando! We loved working with Ian on our roof replacement. He is very knowledgeable, punctual, and professional in what he does.
