Roofing & Gutters reviews in Orlando, Florida

Total Roofing and Jose did a great job for us on a new roof. I highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience with total roofing, the price was the best around and his customer service was excellent I recommend to anyone that needs a new roof

I highly recommend Total Roof Services, they very professional, they have reasonable prices, their work is properly done, they always arrive on time and leave everything clean after job is completed, I’m very satisfied with their performance, Great Job keep it up..!

Manager on site was awesome and repair was done on very timely manner . i don't know much about construction but he kept me appraised about all the findings throughout the detail. The only complaint if any is that a few old nails kept appearing in my drive way after rain storms which could have been bad news for my car tires. All in all would definitely recommend.

Excellent job. During a terrible week of storms they were able to complete the job. Very professional crew. We recommend them .

Brad experience, you try to tell you that you win. Those are bad. Meanwhile, the quality of work wasn't all that I had
Leaks 2 year later after the install and still have problems that had to resolve on my own

Total Roofing Service performed efficiently and effectively removing and replacing our roof. I would not hesitate in having Total Roofing Services work for me in the future.
The crew and staff were polite and professional.

We had the worst experience with this roofing company !!!! They sent a crew of 5 guys over to do the job and they really worked hard and consistent. The only problem was is that NOT one of them could speak English so communication was null…. From what we decided on with the sales person all things with the old roofing was suppose to be done so everything matched. We. 3 times the inspector in the job said yes and the no they could not do the carport so that doesn’t match which does not look good driving up to the house. The roof on the back of the house which is all screened in for our sunroom which ended up shingles BUT 2 huge whiles in the ceiling which they said their warranty company would fix ….but as of yet no call from anyone in it 🤷🏼‍♂️🙈 the inspector from the city were here today and he did NOT pass it !!
Very Disappointed!!!

I am so glad I chose this company for my roofing needs. From the beginning to the end, everything was done with the highest customer service. I recommend this team very highly.

I used Total Roof Services for my home. They were quick, honest and reliable. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a roof.

Total Roof Services has truly set the bar on purchasing a roof. I purchased a fixer upper and as a single female who frankly was feeling overwhelmed and clueless, was provided immense support by Jose and his team. Jose was able to take his time in educating me about the entire process and his team was very patient with me while I sorted out some lose strings on my end.

The team that installed the roof were kind and clean. There was no profanity or un professional talk while they were working, which I appreciated. What I most enjoyed was that I was able to see photos of the process, I feel more confident about my next purchase and what to look for in my next home.

The warranty provided is competitive with others in the market ( I had 7 quotes done), the reason why I chose TRS was because of there service. Overall I am happy with the process and results.

We would highly recommend using Total Roof Services (TRS) if you are considering a roof replacement or even a roof repair. Their roof replacement team on our house was hard working, professional, courteous, and on time. We found from start to finish - TRS Ownership, Staff and Crew - were great to work with. We are very happy we hired Total Roof Services for our roof replacement. - The Brown's

This company was very responsive in making repairs on my roof. I needed the repair done ASAP for continued insurance coverage. They completed the work promptly and properly. I would use them again for any roofing services.

Firstly, the team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and took the time to explain the repair process thoroughly. They were able to answer all of my questions and address any concerns that I had, which put my mind at ease.

The repair itself was completed quickly and efficiently. The team worked diligently to ensure that everything was done to the highest standard, and they even went above and beyond by fixing a few additional issues that they had noticed. They left my property spotless, and I couldn't even tell that they had been there.

Finally, the pricing was very reasonable, and the company was upfront about all costs. They didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and the final bill was exactly what we had agreed upon. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from this company.

Total Roof Services took great care of us and made the entire roof replacement process so easy. We got it done within our budget and on time!!

Our initial communication began with Chad who was very professional and gave us a quote without pressure sales. He explained everything that the company did in replacing our roof. We accepted the job and the team was exceptional . They completed our roof in two days and not a scrap of junk was left in our yard. They were extremely tidy and professional as well. They abided completely by the contract as promised. I highly recommend Total Home Roofing.

I needed to have the roof on my two story house replaced. Total Roof Services did a great job. They got started on time, finished in the 3 days they said it would take and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

Horrible experience. They installed during a date I asked them not to, because I was out of town. Came home to items knocked off my walls and broken, recessed cans knocked down, job was left uncompleted until I requested it. Was never able to approve drip edge finishes as noted on my agreement, they replaced my 1" with a 2", so now I have to treat for wasps constantly. Gentleman I worked with was combative and rude. Surprised this company is still in business.

Total Roof did a great job adding a TPO roof to my flat roofed modern home. Good installation and professional service. And reasonable pricing.

I used Total Roof Service to replace my roof and did a great job getting it done over a weekend. Jose does a thorough job when looking for leaks in the roof.

Total Roof Services was recommended to me by a friend who uses them for all of their commercial roofing needs, so I hired Total Roof Services to replace the roof on my home. They were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. One of their workers found a section of roof that had rotted under the shingles and they replaced that section. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience and would definitely highly recommend them to everyone.
