Extremely good experience so far. Stress free would be the words to describe. Andrew knows his stuff, is helpful, and efficient. The reason I have been wanting to do this is for the betterment and overall less carbon footprint. We are transitioning into a greener future and it would be better if all of us came onboard and did a little bit. My neighbor was getting installed and one of the crew workers passed along Andrews information and he stopped by the next day. It was remarkable to actually see my house with the drone and fly it. I know I can count on MidKnight Solar and SunPower for anything

This is my second time purchasing a solar panel system. The first time was not with Sunpower and I had to get my lawyers involved which led me into a nightmare I did not want to experience again. The online rep definitely did his job in OVER providing the value with Sunpower and I appreciate his help when designing the overall look to my system.

System install was great besides one pretty important aspect, i dont know how they comes with life of my roof , but definitely they should not install the solars before telling me my roof must be replaced before install . But they definitely they dont want to tell you that so they will loose potential client and money . Now after 2 years from installation i got to replace the roof and they want to charge me money to remove amd reinstall solar panels . Really!??!? Andrew the one what i was dealing with he was such a great and amazing person when comes to sign the deal and then he really dont give a thing about my vase only refering a number to deal with other people who really dont want to do anything with that besides to charge me to take panels out and reinstall after roof is done . Andrew also was referred to my neighbors and also made some shady stuff for them plus promising some things which they never received.
The system performance is doing pretty good up until now. My representative guy Andres was keeps in touch with me and checks my system production but after that I pointed the roof problem he stopped answering my phone calls and he dsnt want to help with anything. HE GOT HES MONEY FOR SELLING THE SYSTEM SO NOW HES GONE . Stay away from them ! Definitely stay away from Andrew !

I just wanted to say, "HUGE THANKS!!" to Randy our energy consultant for making this such a positive experience. When we first started the solar search there was a sea of possible companies to go with. But, once I spoke with Randy I knew that this was the right company. And, Randy did not let us down. His positive attitude, understanding, and honesty was very much appreciated. There was not one point where I could not call/text him and not get an answer back in minutes. That made the process of understanding all the steps from roofing to panel and battery installation much easier for my wife and I. So, again, thanks Randy for making this such a great experience, glad to know my home is fully powered on solar now!
