Extremely good experience so far. Stress free would be the words to describe. Andrew knows his stuff, is helpful, and efficient. The reason I have been wanting to do this is for the betterment and overall less carbon footprint. We are transitioning into a greener future and it would be better if all of us came onboard and did a little bit. My neighbor was getting installed and one of the crew workers passed along Andrews information and he stopped by the next day. It was remarkable to actually see my house with the drone and fly it. I know I can count on MidKnight Solar and SunPower for anything

I just wanted to say, "HUGE THANKS!!" to Randy our energy consultant for making this such a positive experience. When we first started the solar search there was a sea of possible companies to go with. But, once I spoke with Randy I knew that this was the right company. And, Randy did not let us down. His positive attitude, understanding, and honesty was very much appreciated. There was not one point where I could not call/text him and not get an answer back in minutes. That made the process of understanding all the steps from roofing to panel and battery installation much easier for my wife and I. So, again, thanks Randy for making this such a great experience, glad to know my home is fully powered on solar now!

I was called by SUNPOWER on Sunday of all days the lords day. Oh my god these guys don’t stop calling/working. My appointment was scheduled for Tuesday at 10am and Andrew showed up on time, with his drone, and my dog did not eat him. I just bought my house and I wanted to work with a reputable company. The presentation was all done while I was cooking. The damn salesman even started to cook with me!! I about almost hit him on the head because he put too much salt on the chicken. We waited for my son to come home to go over everything and explain everything. I have very much confidence in Andrew, the SUNPOWER equipment, and his energy. Thank you and look forward to solving the worlds energy crisis with solar panels 😊

The level of transparency on my project has had is great. Bill N from MidKnight came and earned my business with the SunPower system in December of 2022. Come to find out SunPower does not hold the license to install in my AHJ which is City of Davie. Bill was so exceptional he found Solaria which offers very similar offerings from my original system. We were able to lock in before interest rates sky rocketed. Fast forward to April and we had a lot of bad weather in south FL and incurred a roof leak. I let Bill know and he came the following week to inspect and to fly the drone around. Based off damages and recommendations from him to get a new roof we decided to look around for a roofing company. I was afraid we were gonna lose the financed interest rate but with the documentation he took we were given the security nothing would change. The customer service and making sure I wasn’t installed solar on a bad roof is why ultimately made me make the review. Just wanted to say thank you!

Lucky that I ran into Andrew at a Tesla charging station a day or two after talking with another company about solar. He’s been extremely responsive and knowledgeable, helping us understand the “why” behind the “what”. He took the time to examine all options and get us the system that was best for our needs at a fair price. Would highly recommend working with him and MidKnight Solar.

Beautiful install by the CAE team and the design came out exactly to my liking! Alex was a wonderful person to work with and really appreciate his hard work. Very dedicated individual to come to my house at 8:30pm at night to give me my presentation, keep me updated through my project, and be professional at the end. Solar is the way to go. Love me some fresh baked goods

Just completed my education consultation with Andrew. Everything was outstanding!!! I have a follow up with him Saturday with my husband and couldn’t be more happy!!!

UPDATE: I am happy with the design the SunPower engineers did. It's all going on what surface of the roof and it looks fabulous. The disclosures, how financing works, and ultimately how we got rid of Duke Energy was what I wanted to achieve. I'd like to thank Andrew and his services. TIME TO TURN THE WHOLE BLOCK SOLAR!

A lengthy process but happy its finally getting done. My research into solar took sometime but ultimately I decided on a SunPower system. There were a bit of complications that lead to the overall length of the project taking longer than it should have, but the saving grace was the communication I had. My phone calls by MidKnight Solar were either answered immediately, returned within 2 minutes, or emailed back within 24 hours. The project management was monitored by them and QC was conducted by them as well with a drone during the SunPower installation. At install I noted SunPower using rail guards when leaving their ladder on my gutters. Nice touch. Can’t wait to turn it on.

Solar is new to me and the MidKnight team really went into educational depth about all components surrounding the system (solar watts, kwh, microinverters, electrical production and inversion).

I got other bids and when I did the price comparison from the local solar companies and SunPower I found SunPower to be more cost competitive. The primary reason is everything is done by one company (sourcing the material, manufacturing, installation, and servicing) which brings cost down. Another added bonus they included was to do a solar open house next year for my neighborhood. Andrew and Randimal will be in my driveway educating my community on solar energy and show the before and after of my electric bills from Duke.

The design we chose to go with was the black on black panels due to the fact, yes they were more expensive, but it was able to achieve everything onto one roof surface area which I preferred.

Just had my site audit done and finished up with. Willam did a fantastic job at cleaning up after himself. SunPower took aerial photos to make sure that I could accomplish everything on one side.

Originally I did like the black on black look but changed my mind and went with the 400w A-Series panels. The SunPower engineers were able to move the panels from standing up to laying flat. It almost couldn’t be accomplished but there were new codes put in play about the wind speed load of the panels which allowed it. Great part was it saved me money since I needed less panels than the x-series.

Excited about my SunPower system expansion!When I first built the house, Meritage homes was offering with new builds a SunPower equinox system already installed prior to my move in date in 2019. It was a 2KW system and covered a bit of my electric bill. After sometime I wanted to upgrade a bit for more coverage. That’s when I reached out to SunPower and they got my in-connect with MidKnight Solar. Dean came to my house and covered all the basics again when it comes to the interconnection and net metering 1.0 that we currently have in Florida. He gathered the more pertinent information and passed it along to Andrew. We talked about many different options in terms of how much expansion I need to be at 100% powered by solar and so forth. Unfortunately the Xseries panel I bought initially was phased out and discontinued so my home would have 2 different sets of solar panels on them. To me, electricity is electricity. But to Andrew, he had to find my exact panels so it could match the aesthetics of the house. He worked on Saturday to pull some strings and finally found some Xseries panels sitting in storage at a warehouse in Arizona.

Even when scheduling the site survey he pulled more strings with the Orlando warehouse and got my site survey with in 2 hours of completing paperwork. I appreciate the help so far and am looking to my upgraded SunPower system!!!

I've wanted solar for a long long time. I thought it was the future so much I actually decided to pursue an education in astronomy. The sun is what gets us the energy to be able too be here. Why not use it to power our lives too. It's only natural.

Other companies are in it for the money. I told them what I pay for electricity and they said my system would be so small it wouldn't be worth them to come out. I spoke to Melissa over the phone and she said midnight solar would service me regardless. I'm happy with my 5 kilowatt system. Thank you again

I had a wonderful experience with MidKnight Solar... specifically Randy, our energy consultant. He was upfront from the beginning and always available whenever I had a question or concerns, even if they were easy. Randy educated us about the solar industry and every detail of our system. Brandi, our project coordinator, kept us apprised of the permitting stages and installation timeline. If I know anyone that is going to need solar in the future, I will definitely be recommending MidKnight Solar, and Randy. Thanks guys!

I heard about Sunpower through my neighbor. What most got me through this process was Andrew, the warranties and efficiency’s and all the glamor is just numbers. What I bought was a person and their solution to my problem. He was the first Solar person I saw, I then looked at others but Andrew kept my clasp and ultimately went with him. Even though the process did take over 7 months to install I was still looking forward to this because of the due diligence MidKnights project management team did. This decision was also made because 3 other neighbors on my street decided to go Solar with MidKnight. Glad to be the 4th!

Really big shout out to Midknight Solar for coming out and reconnecting my Sunpower system!! I just moved down from Wisconsin to Florida and when I bought the house it came with a solar system already on it. Really didn't know much about it but the previous owner provided me the phone number of the guy who sold it 3 years ago and to give him a call. Sales rep returned my call within the hour, got back to me with in 24 hours to find a technician, and Sunday Randy came out to make sure everything is hooked up and working along with educating me about solar and net metering. The 1 to 1 credit hour the energy company gives for excess energy is great and I'm in full support of that. Thanks for the service!

Super experience so far. Throughout the process, Andrew has been try to his word and delivered on everything he has presented. My design was spectacular because I did not want any of the solar panels on the front of the house. This was only possible with SunPower panels because the efficiency rating was better than others in the market.

In regrading performance of the system, Andrew values his legs because of Rita’s Italian heritage. Meaning we’ll pay him a visit of it doesn’t. JUST KIDDING…

My experience with MidKnight Solar has been quite smooth and I am very happy with how my system looks. When I had first had their consultant Andrew come and speak to me, I felt as if I learned much more than the other solar firms I have talked with. With fuel prices increase, I wanted to make sure that I make good saving on my electricity in the long term. I would love to see this company keep growing and informing others about the true benefit of solar technology.

My solar project took 1 year to get done and it was not the prettiest experience. The contractor SunPower had a slew of issues; permits being submitted incorrectly to Miami-Dade, gutters being bent because they didn't use any protection or guards, my main electrical panel breakers tripping and me losing power to my work office, broken roof tiles on my house with shrapnel getting left over my lawn for my kids to step on. Just horrible experience that is almost laughable because everything that could go wrong did. So typically you would think the salesperson that got me to sign the contract was 'poof', up in smoke. He wasn't. He was there the whole year pushing back and forth for me to get my project installed and turned on. I really did think when it got installed 6 months ago the vanishing act was to happen but he still stuck with me and helped every possible way. I didn't even know about the broken roof tiles until he pointed them out with his drone. Now of course right before I am finally across the finish line, one of my microinverters isn't working. Well he is monitoring that tech ticket like a hawk to probably be done with my project and I can finally say I got sold by the best salesman in solar along with the best system too.

I recommend Andrew and MidKnight Solar for the long put in effort to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

I chose SunPower because of their longevity in the industry and also their 25 yesr warranty. Alex from MidKnight Solar is very knowledgeable and very helpful and professional. It's more affordable than I anticipated and the contract is very straightforward. I feel I am making an informed decision. I loved the fact that this was NOT a pressure sale. Alex helped me plan for future energy usage including the pool I will be adding. I highly recommend SunPower for your choice in solar energy.

As we decided to go solar with our home, our top decision was based on one, to contribute to the well begin of our planet and two our personal savings and investment. I searched for the top companies and MidKnight solar was the first one that quickly responded and therefore was given the opportunity to do their presentation. I must say we were totally impressed with the vast knowledge in detail on the benefits, process and professionalism of MidKnight’s consultant, Andrew Stegare.
Reasons that we selected MidKnight Solar:
- History and reputation. MidKnight Solar offers the Sunpower solution. Sunpower is one of the few firms that have a long stance in the field, 37 years. It was important to me to know that the installer and manufacturer that we going to use and the one that will be most likely to be in business for long time so my warranty will stay effective. - Price. SunPower’s prices were very competitive among all solar firms that I researched. I was very happy with the price I got for my products.
- Warranty. Sunpower was one of the only few installers that offer a 25-year warranty on PRODUCTS, LABOR, POWER PRODUCTION, the warranty is basically “bumper to bumper” which gives us great peace of mind. Many other installers only give a 10-year warranty for labor, and/or charge a fee for each work order visit. SunPower’s warranty doesn’t charge any fee for necessary site visits. In addition, SunPower’s warranty is fully transferrable to the next house owner without additional fees, which is superior to many other installers’ warranties.

FULLY INSTALLED!!! Great turn key operation provided my midnight solar. Only 2 months from signing to the system being completed. Andrew held me and my mothers hand by providing updates on a consistent bases and just stopping in to the neighborhood when he had a consultation close by. Took a while for Duke to file for interconnection but as soon as they got that, permits from Osceola county got issued and communication with HOA was clear. My name is Patricia Fabricio and I recommend MidKnight Solar and the company Andrew is running. I have been looking at solar for about a couple years. My husband and I moved from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando because of a job transfer. Our next door neighbors Bernard and Carol had their solar system on and the love it. Whenever I see them outside they would run over and show me the solar app which I found very interesting. In Brazil we had solar panels on our farm 30 years ago. It's now finally adopting more here in the US which I find great.

I met the representative who helped my neighbor 8 months ago because he was there to inspect the system after the hurricane that passed. He was very polite and answered some of the questions I had. His name was Alex and I just remember thinking that I was a great perk to have, which is a company that does inspections on your solar after a big storm.

Before I called out MidKnight Solar for a consultation, I wanted to do my own research first. I found out roughly what panels I wanted so I called another company out to give me a quote. The guy was nice but the package he offered was too goo to be true. He said he was going to do the water heater, the electric pool, the electric vehicle charger, the solar. I have a business background and that to me speaks that there is 'incremental cost' on all of those features as he was prepared to give me the quote right then and there. I opted out to moving forward with the project and gave myself time before I wanted to revisit the idea of installing panels on my roof. After being at my house for 1 year, I had enough consumption data to be able to determine how much kwh I would need. I got the contact information from my neighbor and really enjoyed the consultation. I was all you would expect in terms of education of the product, background of the business, and what the company is providing which is a new way solar is explained. We needed an electric pool heater and the representative knew which product was the best, the correct size of unit based on BTU strength of heating the pool, and the owner of the company who installs the system.

I am very pleased with my entire process and the level of communication thus far. I get a feeling this is going to be a big company. One day I will call them back when I need my solar system installed on my house on the moon.
