He was very professional, courteous and very informative. He always!!!! called or sent text or voicemail to respond to any concerns. He really went above expectations! The job took over three months. He always responded to every!!! Call!!!

I was very happy with the work QFB did to restore my bathroom. They took care of everything, the plumber, tile work, flooring, painting. They had trustworthy people come to my house and I didn't have to be there. The quality of the work was great.

My family and I would like to thank ATI (Quality First Builders) and their efforts to restore our home after a fire completely devastated the entire structure. Randy Clark, our project manager, displayed the utmost professionalism throughout the entire rebuilding process. Least to say, a home fire can be very emotional and draining. Randy and his team understood the emotion involved in such a project and put me and my family’s needs first and foremost to establish and build trust for this journey. Randy communicated and educated us each step of the way. When we had questions, Mr. Clark always made himself available. If we provided feedback or had concerns, Randy and the team would do their best to find solutions that addressed our concerns. The quality of the work done by Tri City Electrical, Quality First Plumbing, FlooringMaster of Apopka, Luar Cabinets, and a host of other contractors, cleaning and restoration teams, roofers and engineers, just to name a few, was A+! Even through the ups and downs, moving targets and delivery dates, which is to be expected with building or rebuilding projects, Randy was transparent and honest, which is hard to come by in this industry. I would like to offer my gratitude and appreciation, to ATI for making me and my family feel satisfied and most importantly safe, in our home environment. They get my strong recommendation and approval!
