I was in the market for a new water heater and Gomez Plumbing offered me the most competitive price after I recived quotes from about 5 plumbers in the area. They promptly scheduled the installation and checked in with me before the date to confirm. The day of, Travis contacted me when he was on his way to perform the installation. He answered all my questions and obviously knew what he was doing. The whole installation took about 3 hours and Travis then took the time to explain the maintenance details and how I can take care of the water heater to extend the life. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and ill plan to use Gomez Plumbing again in the future.

Extremely disappointed in the level of customer service I received. Over the course of two weeks, I was in constant communication with the business, clearly conveying the urgency of my situation. Despite that, no action was taken, and I was repeatedly deflected. Then I was directed to emails and third parties instead of receiving a direct, accountable response. The lack of professionalism, urgency, and ownership is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others to consider this experience before engaging with this business.

From the initial call with Kimmi to inquire about a quote for a new water heater to taking a hot shower again, Gomez Plumbing Inc was nothing but professional and pleasant. I was able to get a quote with in hours, after sending in some photos. Once we decided to go with Gomez Plumbing Inc, they had us on the schedule with in a few business days and then ended up contacting me the day before asking if I could accommodate them installing a day early. Kimmi stayed in contact with me constantly, updating me and confirming arrangements. You wouldn’t think getting a water heater installed is a “pleasant” experience, but our installer really did make it so. He showed up in such a “happy to be here” mood. He assessed the old water heater and went about doing his thing to get it removed. While he was doing that, Christian, the other installer was on his way with the new water heater. While waiting for the new heater to arrive, Tyler even took the time to give my husband some advice and help on a totally unrelated matter. Christian showed up shortly after in a happy mood as well. He loaded up the old heater and was on his way and even though he was only at our home for a short time, he was personable and professional. Both Christian and Tyler made you feel that they loved their job. Once the new water heater arrived, Tyler was able to do the installation quickly and efficiently all while courteously updating me on his progress (and patiently chatting with my husband 😊). After the install was complete, Tyler made sure the area was clean and gave my husband instructions.

All in all, I would say Gomez Plumbing Inc has comparable if not even better pricing than other plumbing companies I checked out and their service is absolutely top notch. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

The worst plumbing contractor in the area. Never keeps an appointment and never answers the phone calls. Does work half way through and it is difficult to get them back. Always with an excuse for everything. Would not recommend them to anyone. They got paid to complete the job and never did.

I recently hired Gomez to work on a commercial project for a new medical office. Job was detailed and involved hooking up 3 rooms with hot/cold water lines and drainage and making a new toilet. From the start they got right to it, the team was on top of the project and meticulously did everything. If it weren't for the city permitting delays it would have been done while ago. I thought their price for the proposed scope of work was very reasonable and was well worth the outcome I got. I will not hesitate one bit hiring them again for any small or large jobs. We’ve used Gomez Plumbing for multiple projects, and they’ve been outstanding every single time. Most recently, they installed a hybrid hot water heater and expansion tank for us. When we requested estimates, we specifically asked for all copper fittings and piping.

At first, we chose a competitor’s bid — big mistake. When their crew showed up, they tried to use plastic instead of copper as agreed. I stopped the install immediately and called Haley at Gomez Plumbing. Even though she was on a family vacation, she picked up the phone, confirmed that their bid included copper, and had us scheduled right away.
