Removing a tall decaying oak tree next to my home (and my neighbor's)....I made the mistake of watching a few You Tube tree removal fails. I was really nervous about the whole process and had a lot of questions for him. After speaking with Jonathon, I was much more relaxed as he explained everything to me and even gave a guarantee that if I wasn't happy with the work, he would make it right. On top of that it was comforting for me to know that his company is on the City of Winter Springs list of tree companies that are licensed and insured. Great job 👏👏👏

Jonathan and Fricke’s Tree Service are 5 stars all around. They have completed several projects for me and their level of service never disappoints. We have used Jonathan and his crew several times and cannot recommend them enough. They say you "get what you pay for", and with this company you get WAY more than you pay for. The crew is highly skilled, incredibly careful, and meticulous in their work and clean up.(including your neighbors' properties and the street) They are responsive to requests, and willing to answer any questions you have. Not sure I could be happier getting rid of the palm tree in my front yard so I don’t have to call to have it trimmed any more or pick up random palm fronds.

We had a pressing need to clear some tree limbs around a new pool cage scheduled to go up, and Jon went above and beyond to come out right away and give us what was a very fair quote. I liked especially how respectful he was of our need, not recommending we cut more than we needed to, and listening carefully (as well as looking) at what needed to be done. He and his crew were able to start just two days later and got the job done in time for the pool cage installation (within three days of contacting him). Additionally, they took care of some other things we have needed done for a long time – removal of a diseased tree including stump grinding, and trimming up some other high, heavy deadwood in an ancient pine. It was worth it to do it all at once. All Jon's crew were super nice too, they listened to exactly what we needed, and they worked hard until the job was done, which included leaving our place honestly cleaner than it was when they got here. Would definitely hire Frick's again, thank you so much Jon and team!

I did not hire this company, however, when we arrived home at 9 am from morning errands, they were in full swing operating their bobcat on my lawn, cutting the neighbors trees and using my lawn to clean up the mess. The tire tracks from the bobcat chewed up my grass and left sand piles. The guys were polite and apologetic, and worked to keep the problem to a minimum, since they were already past the point of preventing any more damage. I emailed a letter of complaint to the company, and received no response in return. This is completely unacceptable.

Jonathan and his crew were wonderful! They were very friendly and came out and cleaned out (by hand) an overgrown island on our property. They then came back a week later to remove 7 trees that were very close to our house and had to use a 'climber,' and then carry everything out by hand. They were so careful to remove everything piece by piece and not damage or trample any of our shrubbery. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they had been here. Call Fricke's Tree Service - you'll won't regret it!
