Mr Appliance is responsive and professional. They practiced COVID protocol when in my home. They were on time and treated my home with respect. I would highly recommend them.

I called MrAppliance of Oviedo and was scheduled for repair the next day. The service technician Shawn arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I recommend this company. Ask for Shawn.

Washer some times would not complete spin cycle. Serviceman checked out washer - needed up date which he did, this did not fix problem. He said the bearings for the tub were worn.

Desean was professional, knowledgeable, and on time. Desean and his assistant troubleshot the problem with our our LG refrigerator and repaired it quickly. Great techs!

We used this company after our washing machine repairman kept telling us to buy a different brand (it’s a couple years old). We’ve used them for several repairs and have had different repairmen (and repairwomen) fix our appliances. Great service, fast, reliable. Recommend and will use again! Thank you so much!!

EDIT- this fix lasted until we tried to do a load of laundry a few days later.

Alex K. always does a fantastic job for us. Today he quickly identified and fixed the problem with our freezer. He’s always polite and respectful as well. I specifically request him because I know I can trust him.

Good service, way over price for the services. Company won't provide you a detail invoice of charges, found a bit strange. When asked was told "We don't give detail invoice", unfortunately it was the only company that I could get a hold off or would return my calls to repair the appliances.

Josh was absolutely terrific. Can't say enough good things about him, his professionalism and his service. He was prompt, he quickly diagnosed both problems, fixed them and was on his way. Give him and the company my highest recommendation.

We have more than one home and used this company after receiving an ad , at Oviedo Fl property . The project was not done, the appliance man misdiagnosed and it’s cost us an extra 1400. The phone rep ( Charmaine ) would not let my husband get a word in. She over-talks on the entire call which is rude towards the customer. Charmaine refused to give owner/ manager name and yes it is Emily West it is discoverable on social media and county records. This was a small problem that has turned into a big problem due to the conversation with Charmaine. Being rude or evasive with customers inspires lack of confidence in your business services. Shady practices are illegal . I would give zero stars and dispute with our credit card company as this was more of a rip off . Very unprofessional company.
BEWARE.. Not a good review due to the lack of transparency starting at the bottom.

I reached out to Mr. Appliance and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment the next day. Our technician was Desean-he was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of my questions. I was also very impressed with the Mr. Appliance customer service representatives-we received a call prior to Deseans arrival and a call after our initial appointment! Everyone was polite and well spoken. Thank you!

Yervant did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly identified and obtained the required part. He installed the part, tested the oven, and it is working like new. All of this took only about two hours.

So incredibly disorganized. I called to make an appointment and didn't receive a call back until 24 hours later. The only saving grace was the kind technician who came out to help us. I received I call to collect payment before the technician even arrived and then received a call to schedule an appointment after I already had. The desk staff have been very unreliable and not knowledgeable. Let's hope we get our issue resolved.

The icemaker in my fridge/freezer went out so I booked an appointment with Mr. Appliance. They were able to see me quickly, and the technician, Yervant, knew within minutes what the problem was. He had the parts available to fix the problem, and was done before I knew it.
This service was polite, knowledgeable, on time, and reasonably priced. I'll be booking them again in the future if the need arises.

This place is VERY PRICEY!! I called the manufacturer directly and the dryer element part cost $88.10, the technician was there for 1 hr 15 min and my bill was $324.??? I don't mind paying for a service but this was a bit unreasonable to me.
The job or task rate has an hourly rate figured into it, but nobody would divulge it even when asked. And there is NO itemize bill. Just gave my family and I a bit of uneasiness, like they weren't being upfront. This will keep us from referring them out unfortunately.
The service technician was polite, knowledgeable and timely though and he gets 5 stars.

Symone, the technician came in after introducing herself in a friendly manner. She was able to figure out the issue with my dishwasher and readily fix it in no time. Thank you for a job well done. Definitely would recommended Mr. Appliance for repairs.

Oct 11 2022 the repair guy, Yervant, came to look at my refrigerator that wasn't cold.
He ordered 2 parts. I paid $394 for his service call and parts. He came back out approx Oct 17 and installed the new parts. He said give it 24 hours and it will be cold. After 48 hours it was as warm as ever inside. He came back out Oct 20 and after rediagnosing it he said the broken part was deep inside the fridge, couldn't be reached, and the fridge was not repairable. He said "if you call the office you can get a refund".
I was able to get most of the payment refunded, less their service call charge. Even though it was not able to be fixed, I was treated nicely and am still a satisfied customer. Would still recommend the company. Would use again.

**WARNING** Check that your appliance is not in worse shape after “repairs”

Technician came to work on my dishwasher that was slow to drain, but still worked fine. After he left the dishwasher no longer drains at all and it totally unusable forcing us to purchase a new dishwasher. I did not expect for the technician to break our dishwasher and leave it in worse shape than he found it. On top of that they still charged me the $119 and would not even consider any type of refund or making it right.

The service tech was great. I agree with the other posts that are concerned about costs of doing business with Mr. Appliance in Oviedo. The cost is outrageous. 198.00 for 30 minutes. I diagnosed the problem and provided the part. Shop around.

This was my first experience with this company and I was very impressed. I was most impressed with their quick response. Cymone arrived on time as promised, was totally professional and highly skilled. Very courteous and safe following all COVID protocols. Washer was quickly repaired back to full service with a reasonable service fee. I would highly recommend this company and this service technician.
