Union Electric Company

Union Electric Company did a fantastic job installing my generator. Matthew and his team take great pride in their work. Union Electric Company has my highest recommendation for quality, value and professionalism.

I called this Company last Thursday they said they would have someone out between 3:30 - 7 and offered me a membership deal where I pay 149 a year and they come out for free to evaluate an issue or repair and get 10% off on all repairs and materials. Nobody every showed up nor was I called, so I called back Friday morning the man I spoke to seemed very upset nobody reached out to me and sent my information up to management which he said was being reviewed while I was on the phone with him and I should be contacted shortly to rectify this issue. Again no call was every received I am still here on Monday morning with no communication from this company except the receipt for the $149 payment I made to them for their membership thing. I called again this morning to ask about how to get my money back for the membership and they told me to call the 1-800 number on the contract. I was super excited when I heard about this membership and the fact that it covers any and all house repairs or services I needed since I just bought this house and want/need to do a lot of work to it to get it where I want and need it to be however with no response and no communication I was sadly disappointed and will have to find individual contractors for all the work I need done.

We were having issues with power to our dryer. Jake was able to identity the problem and take care of it in a short period of time. He was professional, courteous and I would highly recommend Union Electric Company if you have any electrical issues.
