Jose consistently provides exceptional service. He always sends me reminders of when he's coming. He educates me on what he's doing, what chemicals/fertilizers he's using, spot treats and persistent weeds, and gives me tips on growing a healthy lawn. He's been servicing my lawn for almost a year, and I think he's been doing an amazing job.

We signed up for their monthly plan (April 2024–March 2025) and then switched to bi-monthly in March 2025. Unfortunately, my lawn has been burned not once, but twice by their treatments—first in October 2024, and again in July 2025.

Since July, I’ve tried multiple times to get this resolved, but instead of a clear solution I’ve only received delays and conflicting answers. A technician confirmed the damage and even told me the lawn would need to be resodded, but weeks later I’m still waiting. Promises of sod delivery were made, then ignored. Management came out but suggested “plugs in September” instead of honoring the original resod agreement. Later, they blamed vendor grass issues and told me to keep waiting.

As a paying customer, I don’t think it’s fair that my lawn remains in poor condition because of mistakes made by this company. They caused the damage twice, admitted resodding was necessary, and still have not taken responsibility to fix it.

If you value accountability and reliable service, I cannot recommend this company.

I can't say enough about Michael and his crew. I had my backyard cleared with a very large tree removed. Michael was great. They showed up on time and completed the project within the time frame quoted. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel very at ease as I was definitely feeling overwhelmed. His crew was polite and professional. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

What can I say, Mike and the team at Yardfellas are first class tree service company. They provided us a fair estimate and timely turnaround to get our tree project underway. I called YardFellas to remove a pine tree and its stump.
They responded quickly with an estimate but it was a bit difficult getting on their calendar as they are somewhat booked and busy.
When the day came, they arrived on time and got to work.
They expertly removed the limbs and then the trunk, being careful with each step to not damage the surrounding plants.
The stump grinding was completed after the tree was down and the crew cleaned everything up nicely.
Overall, I'm very pleased and would recommend them for tree removal services.

YardFellas did a fabulous job removing a diseased oak tree. They were professional hauled everything including the ground up mulch away and the left the area spotless. They even raked the yard around the area. Best company I’ve dealt with in a long time! Renews my hope that there are people who care about what they do and how they treat others. Bravo, YardFellas!

Mike and his crew were awesome! I have had trees trimmed and/or removed over the years but YardFellas is the best. Mike came out to give me an estimate and explain in detail what he suggested be done to create a more healthy oak. He is as concerned as much about maintaining a healthy tree as I am. Using a laser light pen he identified the parts of the tree he recommended being cut back or removed. He then sent me a detailed contract outlining exactly what we discussed. He and his crew arrived on the date agreed and using his laser light pen we went over the areas to be trimmed and removed again to make sure everyone was in agreement. His crew worked tirelessly most of the day. His team is courteous and very professional. And Mike is a real diplomat as he took the time to explain what he was doing to my ornery neighbor. While this was something he did not have to do, he went the extra mile to make sure everyone was satisfied with the job YardFellas did.

I've used them three times in the past couple of months and they have done a fantastic job every time. I would definitely recommend them to remove and trim large trees.

While working with "The YardFellas Team " I was personally was astound; the owner (Mike) of the company actually came to our home to do an onsite review of the task in which we were seeking.

The Job we were seeking to have done was the removal of approximately 24 to 30 miles of bamboo from the rear of our property.

Throughout our entire project, Mike took lead with simple instructions to his crew. They cleared all of the bamboo, two large dead trees with various others within the week, to have a somewhat cleared land. Week two consist of removal of all the bamboo roots, (which in some instances, ventured on to my surrounding neighbor's property), backfill dirt to replace the three-to-four-foot dig outs, and slightly graded the terrain.

Throughout this entire process, The YardFellas Team were completely professional!

This review may be a bit longer than the usual "NICE CREW" or " I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THEY KNEW HOW TO GET THE DONE!". We chose to give a somewhat detailed review of had taken place on our property so if are looking to HIRE this team you surely be surprised on how well they ALL work in unison to get the task you're seeking to be completed to your satisfaction. YardFellas is awesome! The quality of work, service and ease of doing business is outstanding. Michael is honest, transparent and extremely knowledgeable.
