Don't keep searching, you've found the best cleaning company! They are professional, thorough and thoughtful all wrapped into one package if that is even possible! The owner, Ashley, is amazing, flexible and very easy to work with. The staff that comes to your house are super sweet but super awesome at their job. They update you about ETA and work with your schedule. They are dog friendly which is always a plus, my little maniacs can run around while they work. I have used them for standard cleaning, deep cleans and organizing (that was such an awesome experience).

Ashley did an amazing job on my house with very short notice. She provided professional advice and recommendations on how to maintain my home between cleans. Ashley was also very detail-oriented and even though she had a long day, (since I was a very last minute appt) she made sure to go above and beyond my expectations. It has been very difficult for me to find a trustworthy/dependable cleaning service and I am very happy I had the opportunity to come across This business!

Ashley was very professional and courteous to work with. Very good responsiveness and communication. She and her team were on time and they were the sweetest. The three of them banged out the cleaning in no time and did a great job. Our new house is all ready to move in to, knowing it was thoroughly cleaned. I would not hesitate to hire Ashley again.

Ashley and her team are amazing! I contacted Ashley when I needed our new home deep cleaned before we moved in. The girls showed up on time and were very professional. They went right to work cleaning the townhouse. Took about 3 hours and when I returned the place was spotless and smelled so clean! Ashley herself was very responsive and kind. Ashley and her team are amazing! This was my first time using a cleaning company to clean my home on a regular basis. After getting a few quotes from different companies I went with Ashley. Her and her team are so professional, very responsive to any of my needs and schedule changes. She is responsibly priced and you really get a lot for your money with her. Many companies wanted to nickel and dime me for certain things to be cleaned and she had them included in her price already. I can recommend this company enough. She also came highly recommended in our community Facebook page. That is how I came across her company to begin with.

Very punctual and professional! My house is always clean and sparkly afterwards. As soon as I open the door the smell of a clean home fills the air. In addition to standard cleaning they also do custom requests which is awesome. I would highly recommend Cleaning & Organizing Solutions by Ashley 👍👍

I was excited to try Ashley’s cleaning service, and hired for a deep clean of our home. I’m 9 months pregnant with three other children so it was very needed! The two girls who came did a great job on our bathrooms—scrubbed all the mold/mildew, and left sink fixtures shining.

However, there were several things that were supposed to be done (and listed as included in the cleaning) that weren’t—kitchen counters were cleaned around other objects, but nothing was moved to clean behind or under—there were still crumbs next to
my cutting board. Appliances were cleaned in some areas but not others—the front of the fridge but not the side, inside of the microwave wasn’t done, other areas uncleaned entirely. None of the walls were cleaned at all, and I had lots of dirty smudges from my children. There were many dirty spots on the floor; the floors were somewhat sticky so I’m guessing they mopped, but it was less than what I do with my swiffer. I wasn’t trying to be picky, but since we requested a *deep* clean, and things that were listed as part of it weren’t done at all (or maybe they were done and just done poorly?) I was very disappointed and had to go through and finish cleaning the house afterwards. The owner said these things can happen with first cleanings as they get to know the home etc, but I’m not sure how you miss these things in a deep cleaning, and blatantly skip over what’s supposed to be offered according to the company. It’s strange they did such a beautiful job on the bathrooms and poorly everywhere else—maybe one of the cleaners did the bathrooms and the other did the rest of the house?

I let the owner know, and she offered 5% off and said thanks for the feedback. After a little more pushing she took off an extra $10 and again just said “mistakes is how we learn”. I was a little confused how something like not properly cleaning the floors is new feedback for a cleaning company and won’t be using again. I had friends asking how it went because they were looking as well and won’t be able to recommend them.

I've loved getting to work with Ashley and her team. We scheduled a deep clean for a new home and we love the results. Ashley is extremely communicative, easy to reach, and organized. We had some issues with the house preventing a full service, but she worked with us and we can't thank her and the team enough!

I’ve been using this company for over 3 years and could not recommend them more! I am never disappointed and love having some one I can trust come in to clean and organize things every other week for me. Just makes it possible for my busy life to free up some precious time for other things.

Andie and Yoni were amazing to work with! They were on time, professional, friendly, and through. Andie answered all my questions, had the most positive attitude, and left the sweetest little touches (for example, folding my kids blankets) . Yoni worked so hard cleaning my oven and now it shines! I highly recommend them!
