I contacted this company to install bathroom sink hardware (2 new and 2 pre-existing) after I had new countertops installed. Unfortunately I did not purchase the entire components for the pop-up assembly for the 2 sinks with older hardware. The workers realized the missing pop-up assembly parts, and informed my son, who called his father (as I was out of town on business) The workers stated they were unable to locate the required parts at the local Home Depot (2 miles from our home). So the two drains in the master bathroom were left unassembled and non-usable. First Issue Those workers left and never informed my son nor did they leave any bill or correspondence of any kind. But I did have a check already signed in which my son was instructed to fill in the amount. Second Issue The workers stated they were unable to locate the necessary equipment to complete the work. Although, I went to Home Depot on the following day and purchased the parts that were readily available. I received the bill a few days later and called the manager to discuss the amount (this was not a detailed bill). I found the amount to be excessive and the bill did not provide details on how the fees were constructed, especially since the work was incomplete. I requested a detailed bill, this was my 1st request. The manager offered to have workers return and I clearly stated to him that if there was going to be an additional charge then don't bother. Third Issue The workers did show up within the next week, and yes they were planning on charging me, even though I clearly stated to the manager to only send workers if they were going to complete the work without additional costs. While awaiting the detailed bill I received 3 calls requesting payment. I reiterated on those calls that I had requested a detailed bill, which I had yet to receive. A month later I finally received the detailed bill. Fourth Issue It took 34 days and 3 phone calls to receive the detailed bill, what I had been requesting all along. Then soon after another call requesting payment which I stated my husband would take care of on the weekend when he pays the bills. A few days later I was sent a certified letter threatening me to place a lien on my home plus their letter stated that a detailed bill was left at my home, which was a lie. So the high fees for a job incomplete for simple hardware pieces that were readily available at Home Depot, plus the idea to charge me again to finish the job, and then to not provide a detailed bill for over a month after numerous requests and then turn around and threaten me with a lien on my home leaves me wondering how this business performs with: LACK of ACCOUNTABILITY and TRANSPARENCY and an obvious ongoing INEFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, to consumers like myself. So BUYER BEWARE!!. Also I wrote them a letter explaining in detail all the events and I never received any response, nor apology. I gave them ample time before I decided to start providing this well-deserved negative review on their business practices. Fifth Issue The company charged me $322.50 to install hardware for 4 sinks, Two of the sinks were unusable as they were incomplete. They wanted to charge me more money to complete the job when they sent workers the second time. So my question is, would that charge had been higher if I had purchased all the correct pop-up materials for the two sinks? Or, would the charge had been even higher, and why?

I just had my main bathroom remodeled by Best Plumbing. It’s the second time I have used them. They make it a very easy process, and they are very flexible and accommodating. The demo and tiling was done by Mike and Miguel and the tile is perfect. I am very happy with the whole process and outcome
