I had a shutoff valve leaking. They replaced the valve but 2 months later, no water came through the valve to fill the tank. Apparently, the valve is not working anymore. The cost was very high for the first time repair. I won't recommend or use this business anymore.

We had a broken pipe emergency one day before our baby boy was born - it was very stressful! but this company responded to our needs promptly and fixed our problem smoothly without much complications. The customer service was great too

I've personally used Sam T's twice now for my water heater and my water line and they do high quality work for a fair price. They have been upfront about everything they would be doing and made it look flawless after.

What a horrible experience I had with this company and the plumber named Phillip that came to look at my shower valve today on Saturday June 17, 2016. "Phillip" arrived at my home asking what has been done so far and after explaining the many trips to Home Depot and the hours it seemed we've spent taking the cartridge out of the meoon shower valve. "Phillip" went on to explain without even getting tools from his car or tinkering with the valve that Because of his past experiences we would have to make a hole and replace all the pipes in the unit. The nerve of this guy to recommend the most costly job without even attempting or evaluating the situation. I don't recommend this company even when I called to complain the desk agent told me that she was ok with the recommendation. Over priced and a bunch of thieves in the night looking to take advantage of hard working families. BEWARE OF COMPANY

Company came out and assessed the broken valve we had. Was able to offer us a quick and effective solution at a reasonable price. Job was done within a couple of hours. We are very happy and will be using them again!

Phillip from Sam Ts plumbing was very knowledgeable and professional. He spotted the problem right away went to work fixing The Leaky flange in the toilet right away. I would recommend him highly.

I worked with Phillip who helping with a draining issue we were having with one of our toilets. He ordered the part and came back and installed it for us. He was very informative and the main office was also helpful.

Have bill $3000 to fix shower and paid $1500 with a debt card to start work. Did not complete the work and charged $1200 more for the work and then charged $2700 more on card without authorization. After this was posted the owner put the money back in the account. We have a balance of $1500 that we will pay when job is done. After 2 months the job was finished at the price they said they would do it for.

Philip from Sam T’s came out on a Saturday, quick response time, huge help! He worked hard to figure out what the issue was and didn’t do any work that wasn’t necessary, and he involved me in the discussion at every step. I recommend them and will use again if needed!

Water leak at the entrance of house (in the concrete wall). There was no main shut off valve installed and Phillip came in, opened the wall and quickly put temporary stop to the leak. He came back later and completed the job. Very professional and courteous. Quality of the work is second to none. I will contact Sam T plumbing in the future.

Our plumber showed up early, which was nice. He explained everything he was doing, what the charges were and proceeded to replace the toilet.
He was very courteous, cleaned up everything meticulously. I would definetely recomommend Sam T's for any future plumbing neeeds.

I was experiencing wet carpet in my hallway. I called the A/c man and after checking everything he said it was a plumbing problem. So I called my friend Moses, and he recommended Sam t's. Once I called, the technician was here within an hour. He was polite and explained every step of the process of finding the leak and how he was going to repair it. I highly recommend Sam T’s Plumbing. We needed two toilets installed after some bathroom renovation. Sam T’s was reasonably priced and the technician kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would definitely use them again.

I will definitely use Sam T's Plumbing again. The technician fixed my problem quickly and at a third of the price as another company's estimate. The technician was very friendly and explained in detail what the problem was and how to fix it.

Refrigerator water valve shut off was leaking. I was busy and needed it fixed ASAP so hired Sam t to come by and fix. They wanted almost $800 ( $200+ to repair drywall after fix) to replace. Told them NO WAY. Went to Home Depot when I had the time on the weekend and fixed at a cost of $30. No dry wall tear out. They prey on those they think have no knowledge of plumbing. Beware.

They were able to get a technician come out to our business in less than an hour; and he was super nice, easy to talk to, taught me about was going on in the plumbing line; it made the whole problem a lot better to go through

We had a pipe burst in our wall connected to the water heater in the garage. The entire garage was flooded and the drywall was destroyed. I searched reputable plumbers in the area and was told we could have someone out to your house in six to seven hours from many different companies. Called Sam T's and they were here within an hour and a half and an hour earlier then the estimated time. He cut out the bad drywall and fixed the piping. Gentlemen was very friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up the mess. Would recommend if you want honest and prompt work performed call Sam T's plumbing

I called and they got over in 45 minutes. My kitchen faucet had to be changed and the fittings had all rusted. It had to be cut away and it ended up being a tough job. They did not charge extra and cleaned up all the mess after. I would definitely call them again

Phillip diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.
