I was looking for a company who has experience cleaning solar panels. Jacob did an amazing job. He was fast to respond to my text and showed up early. Happy customer here! Thank you so much!

Jacob and Sean did an exceptional job on my home. I was especially pleased with their attention to detail, and the time they took to assure everything was done to my satisfaction. They will definitely hear from me the next time I need their services. Great work, and competitive pricing!

Was very impressed with the attention to detail and thoroughness of the multiple areas cleaned today. My roof & soffits look brand new, the pool screen enclosure is spotless, and the pool deck, sidewalks, and driveway are so clean they are blinding. Even the curb, decorative stones, and deck boxes received some TLC today. I would highly recommend External Wash & Paver Sealing to anyone looking for a professional who will get the job done beyond your expectations.

I had scheduled External Wash to clean my pool screen enclosure back in May (catching up on my review writing now though). I communicated with Jacob over the phone and was able to get him scheduled the following week. He showed up to do the cleaning on time and was very professional and very friendly. I even had a small privacy fence on the side of the house to cover trash can holding area which was very dirty and before he left he cleaned that for me just because it was dirty and all his equipment was already hooked up so he just did it real quick. I thought the price was very fair compared to other companies and will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

We recently had our pool deck and pool screen cleaned by External Wash. Everything turned out great. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Jake is professional and goes above and beyond in taking care of his customers. My neighbor hired him as well and is thrilled with the results. I highly recommend this company.

Extremely impressed with the quality of work. Cleaned sidewalks, driveway, house, roof and dock. Very fair prices and excellent communication. Also had them seal my driveway and it came out great. Attention to detail was very much appreciated and refreshing to see. Will definitely use them again in the future.

This is a wonderful company that always does an exceptional job! Highly recommended!! Check out the before and after photos of my sealed pavers ! 🤩

I called Jake when I saw his truck with business info that was out in front of my neighbors house. Texted him for a quote, it was very fair and reasonable. I had to leave for work so I paid in advance, he completed the job with no shortcuts and I’m very happy how it turned out. Would recommend and would use again. As a local realtor I will be referring my clients his way. Thank you Jake 👍🏼👍🏼

Top notch service, quality and fair pricing. We had our pavers sealed, as well as our house and pool deck pressure washed and I couldn’t be happier with the service and results. Jake is the best!

Quality work! Fast response time. Jake does a great job of explaining the options. Very easy to work with!

I had External Wash soft wash my roof and clean/sand/seal my paver driveway for a very fair price. Jake is the owner/operator and his excellent work directly reflects on External Wash's reputation. Jake worked hard over multiple days to ensure the jobs were done thoroughly and correctly. I was happy with the results and more than happy to support a local company providing quality service in the Oviedo area. I'll be recommending Jake to friends in the area.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work and attention to detail from External Wash & Paver Sealing. They did a fantastic job on my roof, driveway, patio, exterior walls, and gutters — everything looks brand new again.

The crew was professional, courteous, and thorough from start to finish. They took great care around the property and made sure every surface was spotless before wrapping up.

You can tell that Jake takes real pride in his work and holds himself accountable for doing the job right. He’s also an all-around great person—friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with.

His pricing was fair, he was prompt and reliable, and he did an extremely thorough job. The final result went well beyond our expectations. I would absolutely recommend hiring him—you won’t be disappointed!

This company did a phenomenal job for us today. We have 2 roofs that needed cleaned. A metal roof that was soft cleaned and a shingle roof that was pressure washed. Jake was here when he said he would be here & communicated before and the day of the service. Very professional and his work was excellent. He even saw a few chairs by our pool that were dirty. I noticed tonight he also threw in cleaning them for us at no cost. We would recommend this company for any services you need that they provide. Top rated!
