The office staff consistently followed up to ensure we were kept aware of any requirements for connecting to the commercial power company and made the paperwork process effortless. I highly recommend Prime Green Solutions. They have excellent customer service and attention to detail. Ibrahim is great, honest, very friendly and knowledgeable. Ibrahim listened to the issue we were having with the panels not producing power after microinverters were installed. We spent several hours on the phone with an Enphase technician who could not fix the issue and advised us to get with Blue Raven to get someone out to figure out why the panels had too much AC voltage to the panels. We called Blue Raven and were told they don't have any technicians that service Florida. We were given a list of people to call by Blue Raven that might be able to help and advised we would have to pay to get the issue fixed which was not right as the solar panels are still under warranty. We called Prime Green Solutions and Ibrahim knew exactly what to do and it did not take him long too fix the issue. I will be calling Prime Green Solutions in the future to handle our solar issues. Abraham came out and made sure everything was working properly after a long period where our solar wasn't communicating he was able to diagnose and correct the problem within less than an hr... prone green solutions also before this issue went above and beyond by installing new inverters when our other solar company went out of business. They even suggested additional netting around the panels for homes with high squirrel activity. Evidently the squirrels chew the couplings so the netting blocks their access. Who knew? Ibrahim knew. I had the pleasure of meeting with Ibraham to get my solar system updated. He and 2 other guys came out. They were awesome. Super fast and extremely educated on the workings of solar. I had many questions that were answered by Ibraham and he helped me understand the app I use to monitor my system. He got me access to monitor my system better. I am extremely thankful for the knowledge. Absolutely hands down use them for your Solar needs.

Our SunPower system has been installed in 2018 with 25 years warranty. But sure enough, as many will know, they went bankrupt 2024. So when the problems started, there was no one to go to. Eventually, we signed up for monitoring with Enphase. With an indication that micro inverters started going bad, we contacted Enphase for support. They referred us to PRIME Green Solution. Ibrahim was very supportive and quoted us an upgrade to Enphase inverters. This was implemented in conjunction with a re-roof and worked out great. We are back online today and the freshly cleaned panels are reporting individually through the app - another big plus!

I can’t recommend Prime Green Solutions highly enough! I bought a home with an older system that used Solar Bridge microinverters, and I eventually discovered they had all failed — and the original manufacturer was out of business. On top of that, I had no documentation from the previous owner. It could have been a nightmare, but thankfully I found Ibrahim and Prime Green Solutions.

From the start, they were professional, friendly, and honest about pricing. They even advocated on my behalf to get excellent equipment pricing through the Enphase upgrade program. They upgraded all 36 microinverters to Enphase IQ7XS, cleaned the panels, and corrected the Envoy CT monitoring so I now get accurate production and consumption data.

They arrived exactly when promised (9:25 for a 9:30 appointment) and completed the entire upgrade and cleaning in a single day. Luis and the crew were respectful, skilled, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Angelica in the office was equally helpful and responsive.

Thanks to Prime Green Solutions, I now have a fully functioning system with a renewed 25-year warranty.
