HVAC reviews in Palm Beach, Florida

I was prepared for a nightmare when the AC started blowing warm air right in the middle of a Florida afternoon. The tech was super chill, though showed up on time and didn't mind my dog barking the whole time he worked. He found the issue with the cooler pretty quick and just got it fixed without any of that annoying upselling. It’s such a relief to finally have a cold house again. Definitely saving their number for next time.

I’ve lived in Florida long enough to know that a dying AC is a total emergency, so I’m always nervous about maintenance. These guys were great, though. The tech actually showed up on time and didn't mind my dog barking the whole time. He explained why my unit was making that weird rattling noise without trying to upsell me on a whole new system. It’s such a relief to have everything running smoothly before the real heat hits.

Man, having the AC go out in this humidity is basically a death sentence. I was literally sitting in front of a box fan with an ice pack when the tech arrived. He was super down-to-earth, found the blown fuse in like five minutes, and didn't make me feel dumb for not checking it myself. No corporate script or hidden fees, just a honest dude fixing my air so I could finally sleep. Seriously saved my week.

Finally, I can stop sweating in my own living room. I’ve had issues with the unit freezing up all week, and honestly, I was just expecting a huge headache. But the tech was super down to earth he even took his boots off without me asking, which I really appreciated. He got the air blowing cold again fast and didn't mind me hovering while he worked. It's just nice to deal with someone who actually knows their stuff.

I was literally melting in my own kitchen and my kids were being so cranky because of the heat. I figured the whole AC was shot, but the tech found a tiny issue with the thermostat wiring pretty much immediately. Honestly, I could’ve hugged him. It’s such a relief to find someone local who doesn’t try to scam you into a $5,000 replacement when it’s an easy fix. My house actually feels like a home again. Highly recommend!
