Bathroom flood - some mold. They were highly recommended by my neighbor. She was right, very professional, easy to work with. Was able to leave Aldo in the house alone all day. He was excellent! Will be using them again.

Extremely happy with them, very well run company, Gary is very professional, they use own employees not subs, excellent showroom with choices & design help from Mabel, Job Super Joe was very helpful and responsive, and staff very qualified. Don made sure we were completly satisfied with every detail.

I had someone reach out to me using this company name and had a poor experience. I was later contacted by the actual company who heard about what happened and was explained the situation. Even though this company could have washed their hands of it (since they were not the ones doing wrong) the owner went out of his way to help right the wrongs I experienced by this individual so that we could get the issues fixed in our new home! Gary (the owner) was able to turn what was a very stressful situation for my family into a positive one quickly!

My water heater was leaking and I got in contact with DreamWorks. They were very quick to come out and assess the issue and install a new water heater. The service person was very friendly and did a great job. I would use them again.

I highly recommend Dreamworks Restoration. My company uses them for a varity of things including restoration, after hours flood emergencies, carpet and painting - mold remediation etc. Bryant and Aldo are top knotch. They are dependable and have great work ethic. They work directly with our residents and are professional at all times. I love that they offer many services and are available when needed. Work is completed timely and they are fast to respond. I trust both Bryant and Aldo with work needed and will continue our business relationship for years to come!

The Dreamworks team is excellent! As an off-sight owner, I was concerned how the job would move along without my overseeing it on a daily basis. Well, they "led the dance" and I didn't have to be concerned about a thing. All of the tradesmen that I encountered were very professional and CLEAN! Christian, the project manager, treats the job and the customer with the utmost sincerity and professionalism.

Job unfinished. Dreamworks repeatedly bills us for work never performed. Quick to send a bill, they are equally unresponsive when problems exist. Serious lack of communication between bosses and workers who often show up unsure what is expected of them to do. Decisions are made two, three, four times as they shuttle different workers onto the site who are unaware of prior decisions. We are on our 4th project manager. Multiple instances of issues caught by us the homeowners before they became bigger problems. Even worse when they know a problem exists and what the proper way to fix it is, Dreamworks will look to the owner and say, "What do you think?" hoping the owner will not want something be fixed properly. Scope of the work consisted of switching a laundry room and bathroom, closing off a doorway, new flooring and a master closet. Our project has gone on for over a year and still no end in site.

I would not recommend Dreamworks to my worst enemy. Far from a dream, they are a nightmare.

We recently remodeled our home and used DreamWorks Express. WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. Nicole was amazing to work with from the office and Christian as the site manager. They were extremely professional and responsive. They met our every need. The various employees that serviced our home, from the electricians, flooring experts, to the plumbers, were amazing. They accommodated our every request. I would not hesitate recommending DreamWorks Express to anyone who needs a first class, professional company to work with during their home renovation.

I had the pleasure to meet this company's crew on a jobsite and must say they are very professional and knowledgeable . The foreman on jobsite was very curious and treated the crew with lots of respect. Good help is very hard to find and Dreamworks has managed to find Dreamworkers. Keep up the good work

From start to finish, my experience with the DreamWorks team has been exceptional. As a veteran of remodeling both personal and investment properties, I can say with full confidence that this was among the best experiences I have ever had. Our design needs were challenging, the demo was difficult, and our timeline was tight....a contractor's nightmare. But, everything was handled with pleasant professionalism and the end product was perfect. Absolutely the best!

We have used Dreamworks twice to do remodeling projects in our house. We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. Each of the individuals that worked on the projects has been professional, extremely competent, displayed high levels of work ethic and customer focus. One of the things that we liked about the company was that many of the individuals that worked on our first project were also there for the second and some of them, like Christian, had been promoted. Gary, the owner, runs a first-rate business and his focus on quality and customers shows in each of his employees.

Jimmy Collins was our Pm and led the project to remodel our home after a plumbing flood from a burst pipe beneath the kitchen slab. This included move everything out furniture wall hangings and redo the walls floors cabinets paint plumbing repairs electrical lighting and electrical work inside and out. The work was done very professionally and very neat. Communication was very good throughout the project. I would recommend them again for any remodeling project. We added plumbing fixtures painting of the pool decks the outside of the house and once complete we were so impressed we added cabinetry to the laundry room. DW was very honest and fair. Jimmy was always very accommodating and went above and beyond his job expectations to make sure things were done right and to his high standards.
PS I am also a fire sprinkler subcontractor with very high standards and expectations for quality and communication.

Just completed an extensive remodel (kitchen, baths, flooring etc) with the Dreamworks Team - they finished on time and on budget. An ethical, fairly priced, family oriented company with a true desire and ability to produce both a quality product and a happy customer. Our on-site project manager Bryan Sullivan was attentive, exceedingly knowledgeable and his leadership skills, patience, attention to detail and high standards for quality of work were exceptional and incredibly appreciated. Dreamworks’s did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. Gary, the owner was very professional and responsive. Design team was excellent. Most important was James the project manager. He kept us informed at every step. During the project we were away and our home roof developed a bad leak. James arranged for a roofer to come in and make the necessary repairs. Highly recommend this team.
