I was introduced to living water landscape about 4 years ago. The owner Zach was pretty much running a 1 to 2 man crew. He has been consistently cutting my grass since and provides nothing but the best!! My grass always looks amazing and he goes above and beyond to make sure me and my family are happy!! To see where he started to where he is now is truly amazing. Thank you Zach and living water landscape for making my lawn look great again!!

showed up to my house and completed all work as promised in the time frame shown on the estimate. crew also very friendly. I needed my paver driveway repaired, which they made better than the original install of the driveway. 10/10 would recommend zach and his crew.

When someone out there finds a more professional, punctual, and courteous landscape company, let me know. Zach, and his band of merry men are outstanding. Not to mention, that after bringing my garden back to its original beauty, the crew did a wonderful clean-up and didn't ask for a penny. I had to contact Zach two days later to ask why he didn't ask for payment. Zach told me, he wanted to make sure that I was happy with the work performed. He totally understands business. This company will "live" for a long time.

I’ve been in Florida a for a lot of years now and have used a lot of different landscaping companies. Living Water surpasses them all. Immediate response time, job appraisal within 2 hours of first phone contact. Was given a VERY FAIR price. Zach and crew showed up on the exact day and time they said they would. Did everything we discussed to perfection, cleaned up and then made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Zach and his crew repaired my large paver patio and outdoor barbecue station. All of their work was amazing and the patio and barbecue station are now perfect. They went above and beyond what I expected. They are professional, tidy, and finished the project on time!

Zach was prompt to answer our first call and communicated well, showed up when he said. Initially we wanted to install a paver path with landscaping rocks around our back porch but Zach convinced us that water would pool where we wanted the path, so we should first do some grading. We agreed and had them grade our small back yard. After the work was done, we noticed that our lower porch (our house has a raised kitchen/porch, and a lower porch) still seemed to be in an area where water would pool and we brought this up to Zach. Again, he communicated well, came to talk to us, and agreed to state in the contract that if there were ever any issues with water on the lower porch, he would fix them for no charge. We were satisfied, paid in full, and moved on. Now with all the rain, we're finding out we were right and water is pooling around the lower porch. Called Zach, no answer. Texted Zach pictures, he responded once, then no answer. Email the company, no answer. Texted Zach a few more times expressing frustration, no answer. Seems they do sub-par work and then have no intention of keeping their promises.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Living Water Landscaping on a major outdoor renovation project, and I have to say that the experience was exceptional in every way. We called Zach to come out and fully replace/upgrade the landscaping lighting at a home we recently purchased. They did a great job and had the whole thing done in just about 3 days. They had to dig up parts of the yard and some pavers, bur put everything back in place beautifully. Overall the did a great job, highly recommend!

To the guy that said he could not get a quote, or a response, with concerns about professionalism and responsiveness, this company has so many good reviews...because they are great!

Please check my advice:

1. Plan ahead, but don't stay up until 2 a.m. to write poor reviews about any company. Use spellcheck, it works.

2. Zach was pulling up to bid my job, texting and emailing you, in this jungle heat, which I graciously obliged. He did respond to you because I was in my driveway to meet him, and had to be patient enough to wait for him to get out of his truck to finish with you. Please check your spam.

3. If you get a chance, again, to have any of your work done by Living Water Landscape, I would jump on it. They are booked for a reason. Let's face it, if everybody can have it, I don't want it.

What a pleasure it was to work with Zach and his crew. They removed and replanted two 8’ Spindle Palm trees that were in raised planters next to our pool. After removing the palms the remaining space was covered with Travertine pavers which looks great. They also took the time to fix some of our other pavers that were raised. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend Living Water Landscape.

I hired Living Water Landscaping for some extensive landscaping that included bringing in fill dirt, laying down sod and pavers, and installing a buried drainage system. After the installation, we experienced issues with the drainage system. I phoned the company answering service 5 or more times and the company did not return my calls. I texted the project manager/proprietor at the number he'd used to communicate with me. He said he would come out at the end of the week but he never showed up. The work the team did with general landscaping and the pavers was very good, though the final bill was at least double the "ballpark" estimate I had received. The project manager/proprietor told us he would bring us a sprinkler to use on the new sod, but he never did.

Poolside landscaping blended beautifully with the surroundings. The design ideas were creative and practical. I’m very pleased with the finished look.

Tree trimming and plant installation made a huge difference. The yard looks neat and refreshed now. They were friendly and offered useful maintenance tips.

The new paver patio and walkway turned out fantastic. The crew paid attention to details and worked efficiently. They respected my ideas and delivered great results.

Our outdoor kitchen and seating area came out amazing. Quality craftsmanship and solid materials throughout. We now enjoy spending much more time outside.

We are very happy with the way Alpha Zeta designed and executed the layout of our landscaping. The were always helpful. Really nice to work with.

Alpha Zeta had done the original irrigation install on my property a few years ago. It is a large system and it has worked perfectly but I had them come out to do a routine check to make sure all is good. They checked over the entire system and made some adjustments and even found some problems I did not know I even had. Very fast service and did a great job and I would definitely recommend them as a company.

Alpha Zeta designed and installed the front of our business as well as maintain it. They are simply the best. They truly care about the look of my business which is so important as being a small business everything matters. Their staff and chuck the owner are the best of people, I started with them as a customer and now we are best of friends.
