Do Not use this company. I had them out in February, 9 months later(septic tanks get pumped every 2-3 years)they came back saying it was our fault(9 months) and charged $1000 to pump again. They never called ahead for any appointment and when they did show they were VERY late. After looking at their social media they we’re running a special for $599 to pump the tank, they charged us $1000 and said they wouldn’t honor their own advertising. Their GM “Abe” is a coward who refuses to answer customer questions or speak with his customers. Then 3 days later the same line they “jetted” backed up and they refused to do the work saying they will not service us. We will be speaking with an attorney and have informed the better business bureau. Their mangager “Will” is the GM’s puppet and refuses to be a man and honor his word. Stay Away from them.
Update: the gm responded on the better business bureau’s page that he “offered a $200 refund to show good faith”. Really? Because you were paid with a check that YOU CASHED THE SAME DAY IT WAS SIGNED. You are all liars and frauds and Im contacting the State Attorney General to investigate you as a consumer affairs inquiry.

I had a clogged drain in my kitchen, so I called this company, and they were there within the hour to fix the issue. Excellent fast service and outstanding customer service.
