I had a clogged drain in my kitchen, so I called this company, and they were there within the hour to fix the issue. Excellent fast service and outstanding customer service.

We purchased our home in Windstone last year. The home is 20 years old. The shower drain was very slow in draining.
Call Du-all 2nd time. 1st time we had them clean out the septic after moving in. Stephen Anderson, senior service tech came out on 6/25/22 , analyzed and diagnosed the problem and resolved it by installed a new septic sub pump grinder motor and corrected the electrical wiring problem. Stephen was very detailed and explained all what he was doing and how the pump works with the septic system. Stephen did a super clean replacement job on the pump installation . . The repair was done the very next day. Very happy with the turnaround time and the office was very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend Stephen and his team for a job well done.

Septic went today at Palm City home. We haven't serviced septic in 16 years since it was fine. Du-All said they'd have someone here in an hour. Kevin labored here for almost 5 hrs uncovering roots, digging until he could find the lid, and working non-stop. He fixed 2/3 of the septic problems (it's a big house) and said he wasn't leaving till it fully fixed. He called one of their plumbers, Chip, who immediately came out. Between Kevin and Chip, all is fixed. Great attitudes, exceedingly nice people. I am super-impressed. Thank you, Du-All Plumbing!

Chip from Du-All Plumbing came out on short notice to pump our septic tank. He was very kind, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Even on a weekend, the price was the same as weekdays, and they had a coupon in the Palm City flyer. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Du-All for any plumbing or septic needs in the Palm City area. Honest, prompt, reliable and efficient. It doesn't get any better.

After 2-3 weeks of no hot water and no plumbers returning my calls to help, I called Du All on a Friday afternoon and they had Mike S dispatched to my house the next morning to replace my water heater and faucets. Mike did a fantastic job and is very thorough and trustworthy. I anticipate using Du All in the future for all my plumbing needs.

Mike came to remove my old garbage disposal and install my new one. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me some great tips to prolong the life of the disposal. I will definitely use Du-All for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Had a great experience with Kyle and the pump truck driver regarding our septic, they were very thorough. They power washed the tank and all walls were clean. They hydro-jet all lines and jetted each hole, tested the system and the flow was a lot better. Gave us a coupon for next time and were wonderful. Highly recommended and fabulous experience.
