Excellent experience with Pinnacle. Call was answered promptly and a very polite woman asked all the pertinent questions and let me know jason would text 30 mins out, which he did. Jason was friendly, polite, clean cut and knowledgeable. Part was ordered and actually came in same day! Jason came back out on his way home and made the repairs. Phenomenal service, couldn't ask for a better experience.

Absolutely amazing experience with Pinnacle Appliance Repair. I'm located in Dunedin and needed a repair for my Whirlpool dryer. Setting up the appointment was super easy and Jason showed up on time, was very friendly and professional, and he really tackled the job with precision, and also fixed it very quickly. It's so refreshing to find a company that focuses on customer service, is friendly, and knows what they're doing! I'm a customer for life!

We had a surge and an outage about about a week ago. When I went to reset my clock on my Samsung stove it started flashing an error message. Since the burners were working I didn't think much of it at the time. Then I went to make a pizza and the oven did not work. I called Duke since I have surge protection assuming they would send someone. Wrong! I need to take care of it and pay, and they will reimburse me IF approved. I made a call to Pinnacle Appliance Repair Monday(LaborDay) and spoke with I think Eric. I explained the situation and had a technician named Jason out the next morning! He was able to fix it without having to do any new control panel. I was very pleased with the promt service and the pricing! I will not hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend.

Pinnacle tech came out and fixed our leaking dishwasher spray arm and replaced a drain pump in our GE washer. Both repairs completed on same visit. Very knowledgeable and great price. Would recommend to anyone.

Pinnacle Appliance Repair is a cut above the rest! My Samsung dryer recently stopped working and tech, Jason, came out the next day. He was prompt, well spoken, courteous and knowledgeable! The $65 diagnostic fee was waived when I agreed for him to do the repairs necessary. I did not feel pressured or up-sold on anything. The price was very reasonable. He went above and beyond to clean the entire inside of my machine, even showed me the backed up lint laying in/on the heating element that had burned. The dryer looked brand new inside (I wish I taken a picture). I told him they need to start offering dryer vent cleaning services! Honestly, this a genuine company that does excellent work for a fair price, and truly cares. 100% recommend them.
